Has anyone posted an independent purity result for this compound?

ApoB is the one worth adding if you only add one

comment on [PSA] crypto payments are irreversible. price that in. in c/cryptopay · 20 points · 5 days ago

Asked which networks WXT accepted before ordering and picked the cheapest one at that hour. Saved more than the difference in price.

comment on [Results] came off insulin entirely and i still check twice a day in c/t2dglp1 · 5 points · 6 days ago

postprandial excursions are where most of the improvement shows up first

Adding the obvious one — bring the export, not the single number, to whoever manages this.

comment on [CGM] my dawn phenomenon barely changed and that surprised me in c/t2dglp1 · 8 points · 8 days ago

The diabetes and obesity programmes are separate, with different populations and different primary endpoints. Reading a result across from one to the other is not a comparison.

comment on [Win] approved after i sent them their own policy criteria back in c/insurancefights · 1 points · 9 days ago

This is the whole method.

Adding the underused one — external review. Independent, binding where it applies, and hardly anybody gets that far.

comment on [Results] perimenopause, 18 months, and why the usual advice failed me in c/glp1women · 1 points · 9 days ago

Are you asking about the compound, the weight loss, or both?

permalink

comment on [Side Effects] alcohol hits completely differently now and nobody mentioned it in c/sideeffects · 71 points · 9 days ago

smaller meals, earlier, is the boring advice that works

permalink

comment on [Discussion] non-peptide agonism is a genuinely different engineering problem in c/orforglipron · 3 points · 12 days ago

Right, and comparing milligrams between a small molecule and a peptide is meaningless in either direction.

permalink

comment on [Discussion] regulatory status changed in several countries and nobody noticed in c/bpc157 · 96 points · 13 days ago

It is a fifteen-residue peptide with a published sequence, which makes synthesis straightforward and makes identity verification the meaningful test rather than an optional extra.

What else is in the regimen?

permalink

comment on [Baseline] units differ by country, post your reference ranges or nobody can help in c/bloodwork · 27 points · 15 days ago

Took a baseline the week before starting purely because this board told me to. Best five minutes I have spent on this.

ApoB is the one worth adding if you only add one

permalink

comment on help me understand denial, I have read the wiki twice in c/insurancefights · 85 points · 25 days ago

New plan year, entirely new criteria, and the denial that had been immovable in the autumn simply did not apply in January.

permalink

comment on [Discussion] we need a standard template or these posts are unsearchable in c/labresults · 11 points · 29 days ago

Correction: that is the claimed figure, and the measured one is the higher of the two in your own screenshot.

permalink

comment on [Results] 37 weeks on 15mg, full numbers, ask me anything boring in c/t2dglp1 · 6 points · 1 months ago

Sensor accuracy varies across wear, and readings on the first day are the least reliable. Calibration practice and compression artefacts explain many alarming single values.

permalink

comment on [Results] two years, and the second year mattered more than the first in c/progresspics · 23 points · 1 months ago

My goal weight at week one was a number I made up. I have revised it twice since and I am happier for it.

permalink

comment on pentadecapeptide is the most under-discussed thing on this board in c/bpc157 · 1 points · 1 months ago

Same. Solution stability is the practical question and almost nobody asks it.

permalink

comment on [Discussion] the ALT advice in here is 2 years out of date in c/bloodwork · 125 points · 1 months ago

That is a non-fasting value and the interval you are comparing it against is a fasting one.

permalink

comment on [PSA] hypoglycaemia is not what most of this community thinks it is in c/t2dglp1 · 12 points · 1 months ago

Brought the whole CGM export to my appointment rather than one number. Entirely different conversation.

permalink

comment on the gallbladder question that gets asked weekly, answered properly in c/sideeffects · 274 points · 1 months ago

Is it every week or did it start at a particular dose?

permalink

comment on anyone else notice oral GLP-1 kicking in around week 56 in c/orforglipron · 19 points · 1 months ago

Holding off on any opinion until phase 3 reports. That is not a satisfying position and it is the honest one.

permalink

comment on [Results] 90 weeks, full dose-and-weight table, ask me anything in c/progresspics · 5 points · 1 months ago

Push back on the goal number. You chose it before you knew what any of this felt like.

permalink

comment on how much of what we believe about confirmations actually comes from crypto threads in c/cryptopay · 0 points · 2 months ago

Push back: an unconfirmed transaction is not a missing payment. Wait for confirmations before escalating.

permalink

comment on someone explain insulin resistance to me like I have not read a paper in years in c/glp1women · 1 points · 2 months ago

Agreed that the vocabulary here is imprecise and it causes people to answer different questions to the ones asked.

permalink

comment on [Meta] the USDC rule is doing its job and people should stop complaining in c/cryptopay · 45 points · 2 months ago

Disagree — a quote expiry is normal when a rate is being held. Pressure to decide immediately is a different thing.

permalink

comment on my ApoB moved and I cannot work out whether constipation is why in c/sideeffects · 21 points · 2 months ago

nobody warns you about how much of this is timing rather than dose

permalink

permalink

comment on the fertility thing finally clicked for me and I want to write it down in c/glp1women · 1 points · 2 months ago

PCOS is a diagnosis, not a description, and it matters which you mean

permalink

comment on someone explain metformin to me like I have not read a paper in years in c/t2dglp1 · 4 points · 3 months ago

Brought the whole CGM export to my appointment rather than one number. Entirely different conversation.

permalink

comment on is it normal to get food noise at week 93 in c/bpc157 · 3 points · 3 months ago

Agreed — cheap to make is a double-edged fact and it explains a lot about this corner of the market.

permalink

comment on constipation: the version I wish someone had shown me in week 1 in c/sideeffects · 9 points · 3 months ago

reflux on day two and gone by day four is the standard shape

permalink

comment on 17 months in and PCOS is still the thing I get wrong in c/glp1women · 2 points · 3 months ago

Small fix — insulin resistance is a feature commonly seen in PCOS, not a synonym for it.

permalink

comment on [Question] how do you actually verify Janoshik in c/labresults · 13 points · 3 months ago

Cosigning on saying who paid. It is the whole basis on which this log is worth anything.

permalink

comment on [Question] how do you actually verify gallbladder in c/sideeffects · 26 points · 3 months ago

Small fix — the shedding follows the rate of weight loss, not the compound, and it is temporary.

marta_marchand is right about the timing. The day-of-week pattern is the diagnostic bit, not the severity.

permalink

comment on unpopular opinion: most of what gets said here about bloodwork is guesswork in c/bloodwork · 56 points · 4 months ago

That is a non-fasting value and the interval you are comparing it against is a fasting one.

permalink

comment on unpopular opinion: most of what gets said here about bloodwork is guesswork in c/bloodwork · -31 points · 4 months ago

Time of day, fasting state, hydration and recent exercise all move common markers. Standardising the draw conditions is free and it removes most of the apparent variability.
