Disagree — a quote expiry is normal when a rate is being held. Pressure to decide immediately is a different thing.

My fasting insulin moved and I spent a fortnight convinced I knew why. The repeat six weeks later was back in range and I had changed nothing.

comment on [Discussion] USDC is doing more work than we give it credit for in c/cryptopay · 1 points · 5 months ago

A test transaction costs one extra network fee and verifies the address, the network and the recipient’s crediting process before the main amount moves.

The hair shedding was the thing that frightened me most and the thing that mattered least. It stopped.

Small fix — insulin resistance is a feature commonly seen in PCOS, not a synonym for it.

comment on appeal — 22 things I got wrong before I got it right in c/insurancefights · 0 points · 7 months ago

A denial letter is required to state a reason and to reference the criterion applied. That reference is the handle: request the clinical policy document by its identifier and answer it point by point.

Brought the whole set to my clinician rather than one flagged value. Completely different conversation.

Right, and the hair thing is worth repeating: it tracks the rate of loss rather than the compound, and it stops.

I would not post that as a finding. It is a single result and the template asks you to say so.

The transaction hash is the canonical receipt: it is public, verifiable by either party, and it is what a support query should quote.

Nothing in this thread is medical advice, including this comment. I am describing a mechanism, not telling anybody what to do about their own week.

Right, and keeping every date and reference number turns a frustrating process into an auditable one.

This is the whole method. Answer the criterion they named, not the decision in general.
