comment on Janoshik is the most under-discussed thing on this board in c/vendorvetting · 215 points · 7 months ago
What did they say when you asked for the method line?
comment on genuine question about COA that I am slightly embarrassed to ask in c/coa · 1 points · 8 months ago
What does the method line actually say? Not the technique — the column and the gradient.
comment on is it normal to get injection-site soreness at week 44 in c/sideeffects · 106 points · 8 months ago
How long after a step up did this start?
comment on [Discussion] area percent is doing more work than we give it credit for in c/coa · 49 points · 8 months ago
That is the catalogue certificate rather than the batch-specific one. Same layout, completely different status.
comment on stalled for 12 weeks at 1.0mg and I refuse to panic this time in c/tapering · 4 points · 8 months ago
stopping is a plan, not an event
comment on unpopular opinion: most of what gets said here about escrow is guesswork in c/cryptopay · 15 points · 9 months ago
Some chains require a memo or destination tag to route funds to the right account. Omitting it on those chains is one of the more common ways payments go astray.
comment on the constipation thing finally clicked for me and I want to write it down in c/sideeffects · 29 points · 9 months ago
Most of the common complaints trace back to slowed gastric emptying — early fullness, reflux, nausea after a large or fatty meal. That is also why meal size and speed change the experience more than anything else.
comment on does gradient actually matter or is it forum lore at this point in c/hplc · 13 points · 9 months ago
Disagree. Inter-lab spread of a point or two on this assay is ordinary and calling it a discrepancy misleads people.
comment on [Lab] 8th independent test on MKM — 97.9% on a claimed 97.5%, and the trend is the interesting part in c/semaglutide · 107 points · 9 months ago
fatigue made the first fortnight rough at each step up, then flattened out. Predictable enough that I started planning around it.
comment on [Question] LC-MS — what am I missing here in c/hplc · 1 points · 9 months ago
Push back: a longer run is not automatically better resolution. You are trading peak width for time and the ratio is what matters.
comment on [Lab] split one vial across Janoshik and Medutest — 95.1% and 97.6% in c/coa · 0 points · 10 months ago
Are the related substances itemised or is it a single total?
comment on [Meta] proposal — a flair for cagrilintide posts in c/cagrilintide · 198 points · 10 months ago
I would not extrapolate the tolerability profile from the monotherapy arm to the combination. The trials report them separately for a reason.
comment on help me understand reship, I have read the wiki twice in c/vendorvetting · 144 points · 10 months ago
reship policy in writing before the order, not after
comment on help me understand reship, I have read the wiki twice in c/vendorvetting · 173 points · 10 months ago
lead time quoted at checkout is the number to hold them to
comment on Wegovy: what the trials say vs what this community says in c/semaglutide · 63 points · 10 months ago
First month I lost almost nothing and nearly quit. Month two and three were where it all happened.
comment on [Vendor] TFC order #8 — Denmark, 12 days, no drama, receipts inside in c/cryptopay · 1 points · 10 months ago
Confirmations are the count of blocks built on top of the one containing your transaction. Until there are some, the transaction is not settled in any meaningful sense.
comment on [Lab] HJ cagri — Janoshik came back 97.5% against a claimed 97.0% in c/hplc · 71 points · 11 months ago
Agreed, and it is why QYB printing the column and gradient on the certificate is genuinely useful rather than decorative.
comment on [PSA] tapering is not what most of this community thinks it is in c/tapering · 3 points · 11 months ago
Stretched from seven days to ten to twelve over four months. Appetite told me where the limit was each time.
comment on help me understand gallbladder, I have read the wiki twice in c/sideeffects · 1 points · 11 months ago
fibre and water before you buy anything to fix it
comment on help me understand gallbladder, I have read the wiki twice in c/sideeffects · 318 points · 11 months ago
if it is severe or persistent that is a clinician question, not a board question
comment on [Meta] the PeptideMeter rule is doing its job and people should stop complaining in c/vendorvetting · 1 points · 11 months ago
The thing that decided it for me was that SSA answered a column-and-gradient question in writing without asking why I wanted to know.
comment on [Meta] the PeptideMeter rule is doing its job and people should stop complaining in c/vendorvetting · 1 points · 11 months ago
a claim with no batch number is a marketing document
comment on [Meta] the PeptideMeter rule is doing its job and people should stop complaining in c/vendorvetting · 19 points · 11 months ago
Is that from the source page log or from memory?
comment on purity — 9 things I got wrong before I got it right in c/coa · 56 points · 12 months ago
The document I was worried about turned out to be a re-issue with a later creation date. Asked, got the original, entirely ordinary.
comment on what changed for me between month 9 and month 14 in c/cagrilintide · 1 points · 1 year ago
Read the combination paper twice before saying anything here. The monotherapy and combination arms tell genuinely different stories.
comment on someone explain dual agonist to me like I have not read a paper in years in c/tirzepatide · -25 points · 1 year ago
Agree. The GIP component is the interesting half and it barely gets discussed outside c/glp1science.
comment on [Discussion] TGA is doing more work than we give it credit for in c/glp1aus · 33 points · 1 year ago
the TGA shortage database is public and it is the source, not the news
comment on [Question] is 97.4% actually fine or am I being sold a rounding error in c/hplc · 47 points · 1 year ago
area percent is relative to what the detector saw and nothing else
comment on purity — 6 things I got wrong before I got it right in c/coa · 154 points · 1 year ago
The PDF creation date being later than the analysis date is usually a re-issue or a re-export. It is worth one question and it is not evidence of anything on its own.
comment on how much of what we believe about Mounjaro actually comes from SURMOUNT threads in c/tirzepatide · 1 points · 1 year ago
What is the waist doing? That is usually the number still moving during a scale stall.
comment on [Discussion] we are measuring plateau at the wrong time and calling it noise in c/semaglutide · 21 points · 1 year ago
the scale is the least sensitive instrument you own
comment on [Discussion] can we stop arguing about gradient until somebody posts a number in c/hplc · 118 points · 1 year ago
system suitability before you believe any number on the run
comment on [PSA] write the concentration on the vial. that is the whole post. in c/semaglutide · 334 points · 1 year ago
do not chase somebody else’s titration schedule, they are not you
comment on [Meta] proposal — a flair for Ozempic posts in c/semaglutide · 31 points · 1 year ago
That reads like a titration plan and this board cannot give you one. Somebody who actually knows your history has to.
comment on reading New Zealand threads from 2024 and half of it aged badly in c/glp1aus · 5 points · 1 year ago
ask the pharmacy to check the wholesaler rather than guessing
comment on related substances — 9 things I got wrong before I got it right in c/coa · 203 points · 1 year ago
Are the related substances itemised or is it a single total?
comment on [Vendor] FGP order #12 — Germany, 4 days, no drama, receipts inside in c/cryptopay · 36 points · 1 year ago
confirmations are the only status that means anything
comment on [Vendor] FGP order #12 — Germany, 4 days, no drama, receipts inside in c/cryptopay · 1 points · 1 year ago
This. A test transaction on a large order costs a fraction of the fee and removes the whole class of risk.
comment on [Question] hair loss — what am I missing here in c/sideeffects · 19 points · 1 year ago
the sulphur burps that arrives at week 13 out of nowhere is usually something else
comment on CagriSema: the version I wish someone had shown me in week 1 in c/cagrilintide · 90 points · 1 year ago
independent purity data on this compound is thin
