comment on help me understand gradient, I have read the wiki twice in c/hplc · 18 points · 2 months ago
LC-MS for identity, UV for relative quantity
comment on [Vendor] CPC vs MKM on the same compound, same month — both cleared 97.5% in c/semaglutide · 5 points · 2 months ago
That reads like a titration plan and this board cannot give you one. Somebody who actually knows your history has to.
comment on genuine question about sulphur burps that I am slightly embarrassed to ask in c/sideeffects · 12 points · 2 months ago
What is intake actually looking like — fibre and water especially?
comment on [Lab] TFC cagri — Janoshik came back 98.1% against a claimed 98.0% in c/cagrilintide · 10 points · 3 months ago
Small fix — amylin analogue, not a GLP-1 analogue. The whole mechanism argument changes on that word.
comment on the VendorInvestigate question that gets asked weekly, answered properly in c/vendorvetting · 6 points · 3 months ago
Minimum order and lead time — did they quote both up front?
Adding the practical version: ask for lead time, minimum quantity and the batch record in the same message. Three answers, one email.
comment on [PSA] SURPASS is not what most of this community thinks it is in c/tirzepatide · 8 points · 3 months ago
the appetite effect is blunter than sema, in a good way, most weeks
comment on [Meta] the LC-MS rule is doing its job and people should stop complaining in c/hplc · 255 points · 3 months ago
Can you post the trace with the axes labelled?
comment on [PSA] VendorInvestigate results are area% by default and people keep forgetting in c/tirzepatide · 6 points · 3 months ago
2.5mg is a four-week starting dose, not a maintenance dose. Worth being precise since people search these threads.
comment on do related substances actually matter or is it forum lore at this point in c/coa · 97 points · 3 months ago
Does the lot on the vial match the lot on the page?
comment on [PSA] VendorInvestigate results are area% by default and people keep forgetting in c/tirzepatide · 1 points · 3 months ago
Small fix: SURMOUNT is the obesity programme, SURPASS is the type-2 programme. They are different endpoints and the numbers do not transfer.
comment on 4 months in and plateau is still the thing I get wrong in c/semaglutide · 37 points · 3 months ago
protein first, then everything else gets easier
comment on [Discussion] we are measuring confirmations at the wrong time and calling it noise in c/cryptopay · 1 points · 4 months ago
Some chains require a memo or destination tag to route funds to the right account.
Agreed — and the hash is the receipt. Nothing else is.
comment on satiety: the version I wish someone had shown me in week 1 in c/cagrilintide · 203 points · 4 months ago
do not assume the dosing intuitions from the GLP-1 boards transfer
comment on [Discussion] can we stop arguing about interval stretching until somebody posts a number in c/tapering · 1 points · 4 months ago
Stopped for cost reasons. Appetite came back at about week 2, well before the scale moved, exactly as this board said it would.
comment on [PSA] purity is not what most of this community thinks it is in c/coa · 20 points · 4 months ago
Not quite. Two labs with different gradients can resolve a close-eluting impurity differently and both be reporting honestly.
comment on anyone else notice fatigue kicking in around week 46 in c/sideeffects · 28 points · 4 months ago
early fullness on day two and gone by day four is the standard shape
comment on plateau — 21 things I got wrong before I got it right in c/semaglutide · 13 points · 4 months ago
Steady state after a dose change takes four to five half-lives, so the fair judgement point on a new step is about a month, not four days.
comment on [Results] 26 weeks, 9kg, and dual agonist was the hard part in c/tirzepatide · 15 points · 4 months ago
hold the dose that works, the ladder is not a leaderboard
comment on [Question] how do you actually verify testing in c/vendorvetting · 1 points · 5 months ago
Not convinced by the ranking-by-vibe approach here. The community number is derived from reports; your feeling is derived from four posts you remember.
comment on [Question] how do you actually verify TGA in c/glp1aus · 1 points · 5 months ago
keep the script and the receipt for private health claims
comment on reading network threads from 2024 and half of it aged badly in c/cryptopay · 1 points · 5 months ago
nobody legitimate needs the payment in the next ten minutes
comment on Poland: shortage, and what it actually costs here in c/glp1aus · 95 points · 5 months ago
Right, and the compounded supply position moved. Threads from two years ago are describing a different situation.
comment on stalled for 4 weeks at 2.5mg and I refuse to panic this time in c/cagrilintide · 10 points · 5 months ago
Dosing intuitions from the GLP-1 boards do not transfer.
Agreed, and the combination arms are where the interesting numbers actually live.
comment on [Question] is 98.6% actually fine or am I being sold a rounding error in c/hplc · 5 points · 5 months ago
That figure cannot be quoted to two decimals off that baseline. The precision is not in the data.
comment on [Discussion] can we stop arguing about titration until somebody posts a number in c/semaglutide · 229 points · 5 months ago
Careful. A four-week stall is inside normal variation and treating it as failure is how people escalate for no reason.
comment on why does nobody talk about order records in c/vendorvetting · 14 points · 5 months ago
Careful. "Nobody has tested Paradigm Peptide" is a statement about this board, not about the supplier. Say the first thing, not the second.
comment on reading water content threads from 2024 and half of it aged badly in c/coa · 32 points · 6 months ago
Did you ask for the batch-specific document, or is this the catalogue one?
comment on week 59 check-in — 30kg down, nausea manageable, one thing confusing me in c/tapering · 6 points · 6 months ago
Agreed. Appetite is the leading indicator and the scale is the lagging one. Watch the first, not the second.
comment on switched from 0.25mg to 2.4mg and fatigue got better, not worse in c/sideeffects · 23 points · 6 months ago
fatigue plus low intake is usually just low intake
comment on how much of what we believe about GIP actually comes from SURMOUNT threads in c/tirzepatide · 41 points · 6 months ago
Came off sema and onto tirz with a two-week gap. The first month was flat and I assumed I had made a mistake. Month two it moved.
comment on [Meta] the chargeback rule is doing its job and people should stop complaining in c/cryptopay · 87 points · 6 months ago
Yes — the same token symbol on two chains catches people constantly and it is unrecoverable.
comment on [Results] 89 weeks on 1.7mg, full numbers, ask me anything boring in c/semaglutide · 345 points · 6 months ago
The weekly interval comes out of the half-life — roughly a week — so you are on a smooth curve rather than a series of spikes. That is also why moving your day slightly does very little.
comment on genuine question about vendor that I am slightly embarrassed to ask in c/vendorvetting · 24 points · 7 months ago
Cosigning on lot matching. It sounds trivial and it predicts almost everything else about how an operation is run.
comment on three years of related substances threads, summarised so you do not have to read them in c/coa · 17 points · 7 months ago
a total of 0.4% tells you less than four named impurities adding to 0.6%
comment on the dual agonist thing finally clicked for me and I want to write it down in c/tirzepatide · 6 points · 7 months ago
Disagree with the conversion table. There is no validated equivalence between the two molecules and posting one as though there is does real damage.
comment on the Australia thing finally clicked for me and I want to write it down in c/glp1aus · 13 points · 7 months ago
Right, and the compounded supply position moved. Threads from two years ago are describing a different situation.
comment on [Vendor] FGP order #23 — Germany, 12 days, no drama, receipts inside in c/cryptopay · 52 points · 7 months ago
Correcting myself upthread: it was 18 confirmations, not the number I posted, and it settled fine.
comment on [Vendor] FGP order #23 — Germany, 12 days, no drama, receipts inside in c/cryptopay · 65 points · 7 months ago
the memo field matters on the chains that use one
comment on [Vendor] FGP order #23 — Germany, 12 days, no drama, receipts inside in c/cryptopay · 82 points · 7 months ago
Memo requirements are chain-specific. The chain you are describing does not use one.
comment on [Vendor] FGP order #23 — Germany, 12 days, no drama, receipts inside in c/cryptopay · 33 points · 7 months ago
network and address, checked twice, before anything else
