week 62 check-in — 20kg down, muscle cramps manageable, one thing confusing me

Milestonebranch of 6 comments

week 62 check-in — 20kg down, muscle cramps manageable, one thing confusing me. This is a description of what happened to me and not a plan for anybody else. Yes — write the concentration in the log as well as on the vial. Belt and braces and it costs nothing.

The four columns that survive, after several people here have tried and abandoned much more elaborate systems.

Date. Dose. One number measured under consistent conditions. A short note when anything unusual happened. That is it. Anything more and you will stop, and a log you stop keeping is worth less than a crude one you maintain.

Add a waist measurement monthly if you can be bothered, and a sleep column if you want the one variable that explains the most confusing weeks. Everything else can be reconstructed from those, and nothing can be reconstructed from a log you abandoned in week nine.

Careful — posting a log as a schedule for other people to follow is not what this board is for.

About c/dosinglogs

Public dosing logs kept over months and years: dose, date, weight, waist, side effects, labs. The value is in the boring consistency, so log posts are updated rather than reposted and the community rewards the people still updating at week 90.

c/dosinglogs rules
  1. One log per person. Update it; do not repost it.
  2. Include the dose and the date on every update.

  4. Independent community. Nobody here sells anything, and anyone who tries is banned.
  5. Not medical advice. Describe what you did; never prescribe to a stranger.
  6. Claims need evidence. Batch numbers, dated screenshots, independent test reports, or a citation.
  7. No referral links, discount codes or affiliate URLs. Permanent ban, no appeal.
  8. No contact handles, wallet addresses or tracking numbers — they identify people.
  9. Be recognisably decent. Disagree hard, insult nobody.

Before you read on

Several compounds discussed on GLP Research Hub are sold for research use only and are not approved for human use anywhere. Nothing here is medical advice and none of it is written by your clinician. If a post reads like an instruction, treat it as a description of what one stranger did.
