why does nobody talk about maintenance
Question in the title, detail here: why does nobody talk about maintenance. Withdrawal studies in this class consistently show substantial regain after discontinuation. That is a pharmacological finding about a chronic condition, not a statement about anyone’s discipline. Body weight varies by a couple of kilos over…
None of this is a taper plan. What dose holds for you is a question for somebody with your history in front of them.
None of this is a taper plan.
Adding one thing — decide what maintenance looks like before you arrive at it.
the lowest effective dose is a real target and nobody talks about it
maintenance is where the logistics finally get boring, which is the point
Wrote down what maintenance would look like at about week 78, before I needed it. Having decided in advance made the transition boring.
None of this is a taper plan.
usp_appendix is right that stretching and reducing are different levers. Worth separating in every one of these threads.
find the dose that holds, then stop optimising
That is a range, not a trend. Two weigh-ins 6 days apart cannot distinguish them.
I would not treat a two-kilo range as drift requiring action. That is ordinary weight variation.
