BCH — member reviews
89% from 647 member reports. 26 are published in full below; the rating aggregates all of them. Reviews without an order date or a testable claim are not counted.
This community's number, not a fleet-wide one. Independent groups scoring the same vendor land within a few tenths of each other, and where they diverge it is usually because one group weights logistics and another weights purity consistency.
certificate for lot BCH-24-235 was complete first time. no email chain. no "we will look into it".
first order was small on purpose. Medutest said 97.5%. second order was not small. not the cheapest per mg and the paperwork explains the difference.
day 4 from Poland warehouse, tracking updated every single hop. reply on the technical question came back same day.
sent one to VendorInvestigate and one to Janoshik because I did not believe the first result. both agreed. fine, I believe it. customs paperwork right first time which is why it was fast. this is one order not a dataset.
no substitution, no upsell, and the stock position was stated before I paid. transit was 8 days on a lane quoted at 11. boring supplier. highest compliment I have.
blind submitted the glutathione 600 mg to Medutest, did not say whose it was. 97.8% vs 97.5% claimed. no upsell attached to the answer, which I noticed because it is unusual.
bought thymosin beta-4 5 mg expecting to have a complaint. do not have one. annoying. gradient and column are both printed so you could reproduce it.
the related substances table is itemised. actual named impurities. not "total 0.4%" and a shrug.
their certificate has mass-spectrometric identity alongside the chromatographic purity. I did not expect that and I am not over it. reply on the technical question came back same day. solid. that is it. solid.
their raw tested 98.6% against a reseller vial of the same thing at 98.4%. going direct is not a vibe, it is a number.
I have certificates from about 10 suppliers and theirs is the one I would hand to someone as an example.
the thing that sold me is peptide content being listed separately from purity. nobody does that and everybody should. no upsell attached to the answer, which I noticed because it is unusual.
they will quote lines nobody else will even respond about, and it came back clean. gradient and column are both printed so you could reproduce it.
cold pack was still solid on arrival day 6. in Ireland. in summer. not the cheapest per mg and the paperwork explains the difference. happy. moving on.
custom synth quote came back realistic and then they beat the date by 4 days. no mannitol surprise, cake intact, not collapsed. test your own vial regardless. always.
ordered hexarelin 5 mg and the fill weights across the box were within 2%. nothing in the box rattled and nothing had shifted. n=1 and I am saying so.
8 lots now, all between 97.9% and 98.4%. tight band beats one big number every time. lines I actually reorder are the ones they keep in the Netherlands.
packing was the caps crimped evenly, none of them proud of the shoulder. someone in that warehouse cares.
4th order, zero drama. that is genuinely all I have to say. gradient and column are both printed so you could reproduce it. research use only, obviously.
the related substances table is itemised rather than a single total. the lot-specific document, not the catalogue one, which is the distinction that matters. defaulting to them until something changes.
quoted 4 days. arrived 4 days. this is the whole review. if the next one holds I will stop testing every lot.
stock said in stock. it was actually in stock. shipped same day. wild. customs paperwork right first time which is why it was fast.
support replied on a sunday with the batch record attached. on a sunday. lines I actually reorder are the ones they keep in Germany.
asked for an older lot certificate and it came back inside the hour. the lot-specific document, not the catalogue one, which is the distinction that matters. not sponsored, not affiliated, just kept the receipts.
reordered at 18 months to check for drift. 98.0% then, 98.0% now. would buy again. have bought again.
the batch identifier on the document ties to the retained sample and they said so. lot BCH-25-870 was fine on test and the trace was clean at the baseline. would buy again. have bought again.
What a useful review looks like
Order date, what was ordered, what arrived, how long it took, and whether anything was independently tested. That is it. "Great vendor, fast shipping, A+++" is worth nothing and gets removed; a review naming a lot, a document and a turnaround is worth more than ten enthusiastic ones.
Why these twenty and not two hundred
A source page is opened when enough members have ordered and paid for independent testing that the log says something specific. Nearly two hundred other names get a row in the table at the foot of the directory with a band, a report count and a written note — no page, no score, no link. The contrast is the point: the twenty are where the evidence is, not where the enthusiasm is.
Where BCH sells
Bachem Holding (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. sells from its own storefront. The link below is marked nofollow and sponsored and is here so you can read what they say about themselves against what this page says about them. GLP Research Hub is paid nothing for it, and a link is not a recommendation.

A good record predicts your batch. It does not guarantee it, and no storefront can. Check the lot on the vial against the lot on the certificate.
