comment on [Regulatory] 503A vs 503B in one paragraph, because everyone conflates them in c/compounding · 7 points · 1 days ago

compounded is not generic, there is no equivalence claim

permalink

comment on [Formulary] provincial differences, mapped, with dates in c/glp1canada · 40 points · 2 days ago

Quantity limits restrict how much may be dispensed in a period even where coverage exists. They are a distinct barrier and require a distinct request.

permalink

comment on [Seizure] letter arrived, no prosecution, here is exactly what it said in c/customs · 5 points · 2 days ago

Got a request for information and treated it as a seizure for two days before actually reading it. It was neither dramatic nor difficult.

permalink

comment on [Pricing] compounded tirz pricing in my state, six months of receipts in c/compounding · 4 points · 3 days ago

shortage status changes and the whole arrangement changes with it

permalink

comment on [Lab] three BPC vials, three vendors, purity all over the place in c/bpc157 · 42 points · 3 days ago

Went and read the primary rodent papers after arguing about a summary for a week. They are much narrower than the threads suggest.

permalink

comment on [Delay] two weeks in a transit hub, then delivered fine in c/intlshipping · 28 points · 4 days ago

Same. ERP quoted 4 days on my lane and it landed at 14, which is exactly what you want from a quote.

permalink

comment on [Question] does carrier choice matter more than origin city in c/intlshipping · 0 points · 4 days ago

Where did the time actually go — international leg, clearance, or last mile?

Agreed — and the decomposition matters. Most people are blaming the international leg for a last-mile problem.

permalink

comment on [Question] which networks do vendors actually credit reliably in c/cryptopay · 10 points · 4 days ago

Cosigning on keeping the hash. It is the only receipt in existence and people screenshot their balance instead.

permalink

comment on telehealth prescriber asked me three questions and approved me. that is not care. in c/compounding · 12 points · 5 days ago

potency testing on the finished preparation is the thing to ask for

permalink

comment on [Question] why is the sequence written four different ways across vendors in c/bpc157 · 22 points · 5 days ago

Assumed regulatory status was static and it was not. Checked again this year and the answer had changed where I live.

permalink

comment on [Trial Data] STEP 1 vs SURMOUNT-1 side by side, with the caveats in c/trialwatch · 3 points · 5 days ago

SURPASS is the diabetes programme and reports glycaemic endpoints

permalink

comment on [Lane Report] Guangzhou → Australia, 11 days, ice pack gone but powder intact in c/intlshipping · 6 points · 6 days ago

Right, and the last mile is where my variance has always come from, not the international leg.

permalink

comment on [Regret] went 0.25 → 1.0 in three weeks and learned why that is dumb in c/darkspot · 1 points · 7 days ago

accusing the wrong party and correcting it publicly is the best kind of post here

permalink

comment on [Discussion] reship policy is the most underrated vendor differentiator in c/intlshipping · -4 points · 13 days ago

regional stock changes everything about transit

permalink

comment on [Lab] identity confirmed but net peptide content was 71% in c/bpc157 · 25 points · 16 days ago

most of the claims here trace to the same handful of rodent papers

permalink

comment on reading non-peptide threads from 2024 and half of it aged badly in c/orforglipron · 0 points · 16 days ago

Because it is not a peptide, it is not subject to the same degradation pathways, does not require the absorption enhancers used for oral peptides, and can be formulated as a conventional tablet.

permalink

comment on [Question] does anyone have a straight answer on transit vs destination liability in c/customs · 34 points · 19 days ago

nothing in this board is legal advice

permalink

comment on [Results] 79 weeks, 21kg, and non-peptide was the hard part in c/orforglipron · 17 points · 24 days ago

the boards keep comparing it to injectables at matched doses, which is meaningless

permalink

comment on [Results] 79 weeks, 21kg, and non-peptide was the hard part in c/orforglipron · 37 points · 25 days ago

Same view. The analytical problem is different enough that the usual purity discussions here do not transfer cleanly.

permalink

comment on Spain: carrier, and what it actually costs here in c/intlshipping · 18 points · 28 days ago

That is the quoted lead time, not the observed transit. Both belong in the report and they are different columns.

permalink

comment on [Discussion] lane is doing more work than we give it credit for in c/intlshipping · 27 points · 1 months ago

Agreed. Reporting by lane rather than by supplier is what made the tables here actually predictive.

permalink

comment on reading gas fees threads from 2024 and half of it aged badly in c/cryptopay · 10 points · 1 months ago

screenshot the transaction hash, not the wallet balance

permalink

comment on why does nobody talk about telehealth in c/compounding · 3 points · 1 months ago

What is the beyond-use date and what is it based on?

permalink

comment on why does nobody talk about Canada in c/glp1canada · 9 points · 1 months ago

Kept every form and reference number. When they had no record of a submission, I did.

permalink

comment on reading ATTAIN threads from 2024 and half of it aged badly in c/orforglipron · 0 points · 1 months ago

do not assume reconstitution intuitions apply, there is nothing to reconstitute

Agreed, and it is why the oral peptide comparison keeps misleading people.

permalink

comment on [Discussion] can we stop arguing about TRIUMPH until somebody posts a number in c/trialwatch · 2 points · 2 months ago

trial populations get support that nobody on this board gets

permalink

comment on API source — 17 things I got wrong before I got it right in c/compounding · -27 points · 2 months ago

Compounded preparations are not approved products and carry no bioequivalence claim. That is a statement about regulatory category, not about quality.

permalink

comment on regret — my 19-week log, condensed into one table in c/darkspot · -27 points · 2 months ago

Yes. Buy small first. It is the cheapest lesson on the site and it keeps being learned the expensive way.

permalink

comment on [Question] seizure — what am I missing here in c/customs · 14 points · 2 months ago

I would not read a single clearance experience as a rule. Sample size one, and customs is not deterministic.

permalink

comment on why does nobody talk about BPC-157 in c/bpc157 · 7 points · 2 months ago

Research-use-only material is not approved for human use. In this board that is not a formality — it is the reason the clinical evidence base is as thin as it is.

permalink

comment on help me understand chargeback, I have read the wiki twice in c/cryptopay · 29 points · 2 months ago

The transaction hash is the canonical receipt: it is public, verifiable by either party, and it is what a support query should quote.

permalink

comment on [Discussion] the crypto advice in here is 3 years out of date in c/cryptopay · 64 points · 3 months ago

Got a quote with a fifteen-minute expiry and assumed it was a pressure tactic. It was just a held rate.

permalink

comment on reading lost money threads from 2024 and half of it aged badly in c/darkspot · 92 points · 3 months ago

Accused the wrong party publicly and it was my storage. Correcting it here was the most uncomfortable post I have made and the right one.

permalink

comment on [Question] endpoint — what am I missing here in c/trialwatch · 208 points · 3 months ago

The registered protocol is public. Comparing the registered primary endpoint with the reported one is a two-minute check and it is how outcome switching gets caught.

permalink

comment on reading 503B threads from 2024 and half of it aged badly in c/compounding · 32 points · 3 months ago

Push back: "compounded is fine because a pharmacy made it" skips every question this board exists to ask.

permalink

comment on [Discussion] the USDC advice in here is 2 years out of date in c/cryptopay · 12 points · 3 months ago

A test transaction costs one extra network fee and verifies the address, the network and the recipient’s crediting process before the main amount moves.

permalink

comment on does stopped actually matter or is it forum lore at this point in c/darkspot · 18 points · 4 months ago

Most of what gets posted here is procedural rather than dramatic: a step skipped, a document not requested, a temperature not considered, a pace chosen out of impatience.

permalink

comment on [Meta] proposal — a flair for lane posts in c/intlshipping · 2 points · 4 months ago

two identical orders a week apart is the cheapest experiment available

permalink

comment on [PSA] regret is not what most of this community thinks it is in c/darkspot · 40 points · 4 months ago

What do you want from posting it — advice, or just to have it on the record?

permalink

comment on genuine question about API source that I am slightly embarrassed to ask in c/compounding · 53 points · 5 months ago

I would not read the price difference as a quality signal. Most of it is the consultation model, not the vial.
