comment on [Rules] proposal: auto-flair any vendor post with no batch number in c/meta · -38 points · 1 days ago

Yes. Nobody here is paid and the disclosure page says so in tedious detail, which is the correct level of tedious.

comment on reta made me not want food OR water and that is its own problem in c/retatrutide · 4 points · 9 days ago

Yes — the comparison threads are apples to oranges and they generate more heat than anything else here.

comment on [Discussion] "EU rules" is almost always a national question wearing a European hat in c/glp1eu · 5 points · 15 days ago

Pharmacy margins and dispensing fees are regulated nationally, which explains price differences that otherwise look arbitrary.

comment on [NHS] GP said no, specialist said yes, eighteen months apart in c/glp1uk · 3 points · 17 days ago

The scheme cap in Ireland was the single most useful thing I learned in a year of reading this board.

comment on [Discussion] should c/progresspics stay text-only forever (yes) in c/meta · 0 points · 20 days ago

Moderation of individual cases happens in modmail rather than in threads, because a public discussion of one person’s removal is worse for that person than a private one.

comment on [Resolved] accused a vendor of a fake COA. i was wrong. correcting the record. in c/scamalerts · 25 points · 1 months ago

Do you have anything in writing from before the payment?

permalink

comment on [PSA] a discount code in a first comment is an instant ban and here is why in c/scamalerts · -15 points · 1 months ago

This. Anything urging you to decide today is doing so for its own reasons.

permalink

comment on [Vendor] WWB order #11 — Sweden, 13 days, no drama, receipts inside in c/cryptopay · 44 points · 1 months ago

Right, and confirmations are the status. "Sent" means nothing until the chain agrees.

comment on why does nobody talk about fraud in c/scamalerts · 1 points · 1 months ago

group buys concentrate risk in one person and nobody plans for that

permalink

comment on [Question] how do you actually verify fake COA in c/scamalerts · 42 points · 1 months ago

Was in a group buy that went quiet for six weeks. It resolved in the end, but the structure meant I had no visibility and no recourse the whole time.

a shop that will only talk off-platform has told you something

comment on does cloned site actually matter or is it forum lore at this point in c/scamalerts · 27 points · 1 months ago

Never name an individual. The sidebar rule exists because the cost of being wrong falls on a person and the benefit of being right falls on nobody in particular.

the Irish scheme cap is the single most useful fact in this board

permalink

this place sells nothing and takes nothing from any supplier

permalink

comment on help me understand chargeback, I have read the wiki twice in c/cryptopay · 25 points · 2 months ago

Same. Asking which networks are accepted before ordering has saved me twice.

permalink

comment on unpopular opinion: most of what gets said here about chargeback is guesswork in c/cryptopay · 36 points · 2 months ago

Memo requirements are chain-specific. The chain you are describing does not use one.

permalink

comment on [Discussion] the EU advice in here is 3 years out of date in c/glp1eu · 4 points · 2 months ago

a shortage in one member state is not a shortage in all of them

permalink

comment on [Discussion] can we stop arguing about cloned site until somebody posts a number in c/scamalerts · 50 points · 2 months ago

Push back: "nobody has tested them" is a fact about this board, not a fact about the company. Say the first one.

report it here with dates, not adjectives

permalink

comment on genuine question about pricing that I am slightly embarrassed to ask in c/glp1uk · 117 points · 3 months ago

I would not read a supply notice as a shortage in your pharmacy tomorrow. They are not the same thing.

not approved anywhere, which is the single most important fact in this board

permalink

comment on help me understand network, I have read the wiki twice in c/cryptopay · 8 points · 4 months ago

Moved from the vendor board.

Adding the cheap insurance — test amount first on anything large.

permalink

comment on help me understand retatrutide, I have read the wiki twice in c/retatrutide · 1 points · 4 months ago

Small fix — three receptors, not two. GLP-1, GIP and glucagon, and the third one is the reason this compound gets its own board.

permalink

comment on [Results] 49 weeks, 7kg, and dose escalation was the hard part in c/retatrutide · 16 points · 4 months ago

Same read. The energy-expenditure mechanism is the interesting bit and it is not established in humans at scale.

permalink

comment on [Results] 49 weeks, 7kg, and dose escalation was the hard part in c/retatrutide · 369 points · 4 months ago

Independent purity testing on this compound is thin compared with the older molecules, simply because fewer members have paid for it. Fewer results means wider uncertainty, not a verdict.

permalink

comment on three years of MHRA threads, summarised so you do not have to read them in c/glp1uk · 21 points · 5 months ago

In England, specialist weight management services are commissioned locally, so eligibility criteria and waiting times differ by ICB. There is no single national threshold to quote.

screenshot the transaction hash, not the wallet balance

permalink

comment on [PSA] PDF metadata are not what most of this community thinks it is in c/scamalerts · 16 points · 5 months ago

screenshots are not evidence, dates and documents are

permalink

comment on help me understand PDF metadata, I have read the wiki twice in c/scamalerts · 10 points · 5 months ago

A report is useful here when it carries dates, the exact domain, what was requested, what arrived and what did not. Everything else is atmosphere.

comment on the UK: reimbursement, and what it actually costs here in c/glp1eu · 48 points · 6 months ago

cross-border prescription rules exist and they are narrower than people think

permalink

comment on how much of what we believe about gas fees actually comes from confirmations threads in c/cryptopay · 95 points · 6 months ago

The transaction hash is the canonical receipt: it is public, verifiable by either party, and it is what a support query should quote.

permalink

comment on [Meta] the moderation rule is doing its job and people should stop complaining in c/meta · 1 points · 6 months ago

Argued against the strict evidence rule for a year. Then read a supplier thread on another site and stopped arguing.

Did you send a test amount first?

permalink

comment on genuine question about glucagon that I am slightly embarrassed to ask in c/retatrutide · 18 points · 6 months ago

Phase 2 estimates effect and finds a dose range. Phase 3 estimates it precisely in a bigger population and catches what phase 2 was too small to see. Treating them as the same tier of evidence is the recurring error here.

permalink

comment on [Results] 26 weeks on 1.7mg, full numbers, ask me anything boring in c/retatrutide · 50 points · 7 months ago

The phase 2 readout ran to 48 weeks in a few hundred participants with a slow escalation. Both the size and the duration matter when people quote the headline number.

permalink

comment on [Discussion] we are measuring EU at the wrong time and calling it noise in c/glp1eu · 7 points · 8 months ago

This. The published reimbursement criteria are the document to read, and most member states do publish them.

permalink

comment on week 32 check-in — 14kg down, nausea manageable, one thing confusing me in c/retatrutide · 53 points · 9 months ago

The thing that surprised me was how much of the discussion here is inference rather than measurement.

permalink

comment on [Question] TRIUMPH — what am I missing here in c/retatrutide · 129 points · 9 months ago

Watched heart rate on a wearable across twelve weeks because the threads said to. It moved a little and I have no idea whether that means anything.
