comment on [PSA] meta is not what most of this community thinks it is in c/meta · 1 points · 10 months ago

Small fix — archiving happens at a year, not at six months. It is in the published policy.

Do you have the transaction hash?

How many confirmations does it show?

keep the hash, it is the only receipt that exists

Adding the cheap insurance — test amount first on anything large.

screenshots are not evidence, dates and documents are

I would not read a supply notice as a shortage in your pharmacy tomorrow. They are not the same thing.

Have you taken this to modmail first?

I would not archive earlier.

Disagreeing with this bit: making individual cases public by default is worse for the person being moderated.

What would the new rule do to the vendor evidence standard?

sort by controversial occasionally, it is worth it

comment on does fraud actually matter or is it forum lore at this point in c/scamalerts · 39 points · 1 year ago

Not convinced. A payment window that closed is a payment window, not evidence of intent.

permalink

comment on how much of what we believe about pharmacy actually comes from EMA threads in c/glp1eu · 15 points · 1 year ago

This. The published reimbursement criteria are the document to read, and most member states do publish them.

Group buys concentrate custody, payment and communication in one person with no structure behind it. That is not an accusation about anyone — it is a description of the risk shape.

Yes. Nobody here is paid and the disclosure page says so in tedious detail, which is the correct level of tedious.

Supply notices from the regulator describe expected availability at a national level. They do not predict what any individual pharmacy has on the shelf next week.

comment on [Vendor] QSC vs Homopeptide on the same compound, same month — both cleared 98.5% in c/retatrutide · 29 points · 1 year ago

That reads as a titration plan for an unapproved compound. This board cannot host that and it should not want to.

Right, and it bears repeating that nothing here is approved anywhere and research material is not for human use.

nothing here is available as a prescription product, so read every thread with that in mind

It is a triple agonist at the GLP-1, GIP and glucagon receptors.

Disagree with this specific inference. A 48-week readout does not tell you the shape of the curve after it.

The reflux profile felt different rather than worse. Hard to describe and impossible to quantify, so take it as an impression.

comment on glucagon: what the trials say vs what this community says in c/retatrutide · 495 points · 1 year ago

Sent a vial to PeptideMeter out of curiosity. Result was 97.5% against a claimed 97.0%, which is the first independent number I had seen for this compound anywhere.

the energy-expenditure story is mechanistically interesting and clinically unproven

Confirmations are the count of blocks built on top of the one containing your transaction. Until there are some, the transaction is not settled in any meaningful sense.

Was in a group buy that went quiet for six weeks. It resolved in the end, but the structure meant I had no visibility and no recourse the whole time.
