comment on the UK: reimbursement, and what it actually costs here in c/glp1eu · 1 points · 5 months ago

Is this a cross-border question or a domestic one?

Adding the practical question — stocked or made to order, and what is the lead time.

Agreed — and the naming problem is worse than most people here realise.

Agreed on buying small first. The cost of a test is small next to the cost of committing to a supplier you have not checked.

Looked for independent results across this whole site and found almost none. Worth knowing before forming an opinion.

Nobody noticed for months. Then several people noticed in the same fortnight, which was strange and quite nice.

Sent the same compound from WWB and QSC to PeptideMeter in the same month. Both came back above the claim on the certificate — mine was 98.3% on a stated 98.0%.

Yes. Spread across lots is the number that tells you about the process. A single high result tells you about a vial.

What this compound is actually being developed for, since the boards treat it as a weight-loss molecule with a footnote.

Disagreeing with this bit: that number comes from a different programme with a different population.

Cosigning on lot matching. It sounds trivial and it predicts almost everything else about how an operation is run.

Right — the non-scale victories are the ones I remember. The numbers all blur together after a while.

Is the goal you set at the start still the goal?

neha_rahimi is right that the clothes tell you before the scale does.

Stocked lines and made-to-order lines have different lead times and different storage histories.

elin_trevino is right that a purity figure without a method is not comparable to one with a method.
