The 21% figure is a 72-week mean on the highest arm. Quoting it as what someone should expect by week 43 is not a fair reading.

Independent purity data on this compound is sparse compared with the older molecules, simply because far fewer members have paid for testing. Sparse data means wide uncertainty, not a verdict.

Pen or vial?

Sent the same vial to VendorInvestigate and Janoshik. 99.0% against a claimed 98.5%. The difference was the gradient, not the material.

Push back: the evidence base here is thin enough that a confident ranking against the established compounds is not supportable.

Concentration is mass over volume, and a U-100 syringe reads 100 units per millilitre. Those two facts are the whole of the arithmetic this board keeps explaining.

Correction: that is glucose-dependent insulin secretion, which is why hypoglycaemia risk is low as monotherapy. Not the same claim as you made.

That percentage is body weight change, not body fat. Different measurement, and the distinction gets lost every time.
