stalled for 6 weeks at 15mg and I refuse to panic this time
stalled for 6 weeks at 15mg and I refuse to panic this time. Not a hot take, just something I have not seen said plainly here.
The numbers the title promised, since a headline without them is worthless: 6 weeks and 15mg. Everything below is context for those.
Mine settled at week 90 and has not come back since, across two more steps.
Nobody warned me about fatigue and I would have liked the warning. It was not dangerous, it was just deeply unpleasant and completely unexpected.
Please do not ask me what dose you should be on. I genuinely do not know and neither does anyone else here.
best — the order this archive was captured in
Keeping a log, and what to put in it.
One line a day: dose, day since injection, what the symptom was and how bad out of five, and roughly what you ate. Two months of that fits on one page and the pattern is obvious on paper in a way it never is in your head.
Mine showed a clean day-two-to-day-four window I had been describing as "random". Once you can see the pattern you can plan around it, and planning around it is most of the relief.
The effect on gastric emptying is most pronounced early and attenuates with continued dosing, which is the mechanism behind the "it settles at a stable dose" pattern the whole board reports.
early fullness for the first eight days after each step, then nothing, every single time. Predictable enough that I started planning my week around it.
Yes — the day-two-to-day-four window is so consistent across this board that it is almost diagnostic.
write down when it starts and stops, the pattern is the useful part
hair shedding follows the weight loss, not the drug, and it stops
Which day of the week relative to the shot does it hit?
The fatigue turned out to be that I was eating about a third of what I thought I was. Tracked it for a week and the mystery evaporated.

baseline_drifter is right about the timing. The day-of-week pattern is the diagnostic bit, not the severity.
Held the dose for an extra six weeks instead of stepping. The early fullness settled and I lost the same amount anyway.
fibre and water before you buy anything to fix it
Constipation is mostly reduced intake plus reduced fluid, not a direct effect. That is why the boring fibre and water answer keeps working.
Pushback: you changed the dose, the meal timing and the training in the same fortnight, so the attribution is guesswork.
Removed the specific recommendation. Describe your own experience here; do not tell another member what to take or what dose to be on.
Severe, or unpleasant? They are genuinely different questions and the answers diverge.
Reflux was the one that got me. Stopped eating in the three hours before bed and it went from nightly to almost never.
Severe or persistent abdominal pain sits outside the pattern this board can usefully discuss. The honest answer there is that it needs someone who can examine you.
Nothing in this thread is medical advice, including this comment. I am describing a mechanism, not telling anybody what to do about their own week.
Kept a one-line-a-day log for two months. The pattern was obvious on paper and invisible in my head.
I would be careful here. "Everyone gets this" is not true, and it makes the people who get something unusual assume they are fine when they should be asking.
food noise on day two and gone by day four is the standard shape
Hair shedding after significant weight loss is a telogen effect that follows the rate of loss. It is not specific to these compounds and it resolves.
Bought four different things to fix my nausea. What actually worked was eating half as fast.
fatigue plus low intake is usually just low intake
Correcting my own comment above: I said day three and my log says day two. Same pattern, wrong day.
Careful with the supplement recommendation. There is no evidence for it here and the mechanism you are proposing does not hold.
reflux at night, try not eating in the three hours before bed

Adding to this — holding the dose rather than stepping is the option people forget they have.
Is it every week or did it start at a particular dose?
holding a dose an extra month is a legitimate answer to bad tolerance
