the heart rate advice in here is 2 years out of date. Making the case below, and I expect to lose some of it in the comments.
Since the title puts numbers in the shop window: 2 years.
nausea for the first eight days after each step, then nothing, every single time. Predictable enough that I started planning my week around it.
Held the dose for an extra six weeks instead of stepping. The food noise settled and I lost the same amount anyway.

I would be careful here. "Everyone gets this" is not true, and it makes the people who get something unusual assume they are fine when they should be asking.

Pushback: you changed the dose, the meal timing and the training in the same fortnight, so the attribution is guesswork.
