This. A bad fortnight after a step is expected. A bad quarter is a reason to talk to somebody who knows your history.
Held the dose for an extra six weeks instead of stepping. The early fullness settled and I lost the same amount anyway.
Constipation is mostly reduced intake plus reduced fluid, not a direct effect. That is why the boring fibre and water answer keeps working.
