comment on tried tracking for 5 weeks. here is what happened. in c/dosinglogs · 11 points · 4 months ago
waist monthly, weight weekly, notes whenever
comment on help me understand cold chain, I have read the wiki twice in c/coldchain · 56 points · 4 months ago
A stability statement is only meaningful with its conditions attached: temperature, duration, light exposure, and whether it covers powder or solution. Ask which.
comment on help me understand tier 3, I have read the wiki twice in c/glp1uk · 6 points · 4 months ago
specialist service, not GP, for tier 3 in most of England
comment on tirzepatide — 22 things I got wrong before I got it right in c/tirzepatide · 115 points · 5 months ago
if 7.5 is working, 10 is not automatically better
comment on [Question] dual agonist — what am I missing here in c/tirzepatide · 5 points · 5 months ago
Cosigning the four-week thing. It is a minimum interval, and treating it as a schedule to keep up with is how people end up miserable at 12.5.
comment on [Question] network — what am I missing here in c/cryptopay · 15 points · 5 months ago
Disagree — a quote expiry is normal when a rate is being held. Pressure to decide immediately is a different thing.
comment on [Question] network — what am I missing here in c/cryptopay · 81 points · 5 months ago
gas is not the supplier’s fee
comment on Germany: personal import, and what it actually costs here in c/customs · 7 points · 6 months ago
a hold is not a seizure and people conflate them constantly
comment on [Discussion] jurisdiction is doing more work than we give it credit for in c/customs · 1 points · 6 months ago
Agreed on asking what documentation accompanies a shipment. Suppliers who ship regionally usually have a clear answer.
comment on SURPASS — 7 things I got wrong before I got it right in c/trialwatch · 3 points · 6 months ago
discontinuation rate is a result, not a footnote
comment on [Question] Mounjaro — what am I missing here in c/tirzepatide · 199 points · 6 months ago
Research-use-only material is not approved for human use. Anything in this thread about how a research vial "should" titrate is a discussion about chemistry, not a plan.
comment on the dual agonist thing finally clicked for me and I want to write it down in c/tirzepatide · 4 points · 7 months ago
Pen or vial? The step sizes available differ and it changes this answer.
comment on [Vendor] FGP order #23 — Germany, 12 days, no drama, receipts inside in c/cryptopay · 0 points · 7 months ago
Some chains require a memo or destination tag to route funds to the right account. Omitting it on those chains is one of the more common ways payments go astray.
comment on week 53 check-in — 17kg down, muscle cramps manageable, one thing confusing me in c/dosinglogs · 5 points · 7 months ago
Logged the missed weeks as blanks rather than skipping them. The gaps turned out to be the informative part.
comment on genuine question about tier 3 that I am slightly embarrassed to ask in c/glp1uk · 16 points · 8 months ago
Small fix — that is the Scottish pathway. The post is asking about England and the answer is different.
comment on [Meta] proposal — a flair for lyophilised posts in c/coldchain · 1 points · 8 months ago
I would not freeze it in solution. That is a different failure mode and a worse one.
comment on [Meta] proposal — a flair for lyophilised posts in c/coldchain · 6 points · 8 months ago
You cannot infer potency from a temperature record. The record tells you what happened to the box; only a test tells you what happened to the material.
comment on [Discussion] we are measuring EU at the wrong time and calling it noise in c/glp1eu · 18 points · 8 months ago
Not convinced — cross-border prescription recognition is narrower than you are describing and the exceptions matter.
comment on 6 months in and weight is still the thing I get wrong in c/dosinglogs · 33 points · 8 months ago
A log is a record of what you did. It is not a protocol, and posting one as a schedule for other members is a different thing that this board does not do.
comment on [Discussion] we are measuring SURPASS at the wrong time and calling it noise in c/tirzepatide · 1 points · 8 months ago
Did you come to this from sema, and if so how long was the gap?
comment on [PSA] prescription is not what most of this community thinks it is in c/glp1eu · 142 points · 8 months ago
say which country or the thread is useless
comment on [Vendor] GL Biochem order #4 — Germany, 12 days, no drama, receipts inside in c/customs · 128 points · 8 months ago
a seizure notice is a document with a process attached, read it
comment on private prescription — 20 things I got wrong before I got it right in c/glp1uk · 3 points · 8 months ago
This. The monthly pricing tracker is the most useful thing on this board and it works because nobody is allowed to link anything.
comment on [Question] is 99.3% actually fine or am I being sold a rounding error in c/tirzepatide · 153 points · 9 months ago
Does food noise follow the day after the shot, or is it spread across the week?
comment on weight: the version I wish someone had shown me in week 1 in c/dosinglogs · 144 points · 9 months ago
Annotation is what makes a log survive contact with your future self. A single note beside an unusual week saves an hour of puzzled reconstruction later.
comment on [Question] Apotheke — what am I missing here in c/glp1eu · 274 points · 9 months ago
Pack sizes and presentations differ between member states, so a headline price is not comparable until it is normalised to a common quantity.
comment on [Question] how do you actually verify data logger in c/coldchain · 113 points · 10 months ago
That is a lane problem rather than a packaging problem, and the fixes are different.
comment on [Meta] proposal — a flair for NHS posts in c/glp1uk · 21 points · 10 months ago
Cosigning on discharge at goal. It catches people who have done everything right and did not know it was coming.
comment on [Discussion] can we stop arguing about USDC until somebody posts a number in c/cryptopay · 27 points · 10 months ago
A token symbol identifies an asset, not a network. The same symbol commonly exists on several chains with incompatible address formats, and sending across that boundary is generally unrecoverable.
comment on [Discussion] can we stop arguing about USDC until somebody posts a number in c/cryptopay · 14 points · 10 months ago
Which network, exactly?
comment on the STEP thing finally clicked for me and I want to write it down in c/trialwatch · 6 points · 11 months ago
open-label extensions are not the same evidence as the randomised phase
comment on the STEP thing finally clicked for me and I want to write it down in c/trialwatch · 7 points · 11 months ago
The press release said that; the publication says something more hedged. Worth reading both.
comment on the GIP question that gets asked weekly, answered properly in c/tirzepatide · 79 points · 11 months ago
Week 7 was the first time the scale moved after a five-week stall. I changed nothing in that window.
comment on [Question] Canada — has anyone got a straight answer on escrow in c/cryptopay · 0 points · 11 months ago
Sent a test amount first on a large order.
Agreed — and the hash is the receipt. Nothing else is.
comment on Spain: data logger, and what it actually costs here in c/coldchain · 4 points · 11 months ago
Is this a line they hold in regional stock or is it shipping from origin?
comment on Spain: data logger, and what it actually costs here in c/coldchain · 24 points · 11 months ago
regional stock removes most of this problem entirely
comment on [Discussion] the endpoint advice in here is 3 years out of date in c/trialwatch · 45 points · 12 months ago
Careful with that mean. The distribution around it was wide enough that it describes very few individual participants.
comment on [Discussion] can we stop arguing about ice pack until somebody posts a number in c/coldchain · 21 points · 1 year ago
Once in solution, the relevant risks are hydrolysis, aggregation and, for some sequences, oxidation. Refrigeration slows all three; freezing a solution introduces a separate risk at the ice interface.
comment on someone explain 15mg to me like I have not read a paper in years in c/tirzepatide · 33 points · 1 year ago
Yes. I stepped to 12.5 because the calendar said so, not because anything needed fixing, and I regretted it for a fortnight.
comment on someone explain 15mg to me like I have not read a paper in years in c/tirzepatide · 29 points · 1 year ago
Cosigning the four-week thing.
Saving this one. It is the clearest statement of the stall problem I have read here.
