Same view. Tolerance developing to the gastric effect while the appetite effect persists explains most of what the side-effect board reports.

I would not freeze it in solution. That is a different failure mode and a worse one.

What did the repeat show?

Do you have a baseline from before you started?

Has appetite changed yet, independent of the scale?

Receptor expression in a tissue is necessary but not sufficient for an effect. You also need the agonist to reach it at relevant exposure, and that is where a lot of confident mechanism talk falls down.

Nobody here can interpret your panel and this comment is not doing so. What a board can usefully do is help you ask better questions of somebody who can.

Gel packs are designed for a duty cycle. A liquid pack at the end of a longer-than-expected transit is a pack behaving as specified, not evidence of an excursion in the vial.
