comment on carrier — 23 things I got wrong before I got it right in c/intlshipping · 111 points · 5 months ago
Small fix — shipped from the regional warehouse, not from origin, which is why the number looks unusual.
comment on basics — my 18-week log, condensed into one table in c/newbiequestions · 35 points · 5 months ago
What is the actual question underneath the question? Happy to answer both.
comment on [Discussion] can we stop arguing about titration until somebody posts a number in c/semaglutide · 79 points · 5 months ago
Agreed, and the bit people skip is that the ladder is a tolerance ladder.
Disagree with this specific line. A pause at 1.0mg is not evidence that 1.0mg has stopped working.
comment on 20 months in and FFMI is still the thing I get wrong in c/glp1muscle · 4 points · 5 months ago
Hydration status and fasting state affect the lean mass estimate. Standardising both is the difference between a comparison and a coin toss.
comment on [Question] network — what am I missing here in c/cryptopay · 6 points · 5 months ago
the memo field matters on the chains that use one
comment on normal: the version I wish someone had shown me in week 1 in c/newbiequestions · 29 points · 6 months ago
Not quite. Bacteriostatic and sterile water are different products and only one is intended for repeated entry.
comment on switched from 0.25mg to 1.0mg and fatigue got better, not worse in c/semaglutide · 0 points · 6 months ago
Correcting myself from earlier in the thread: I said week 12 and it was week 18.
Right, and the timescale is the bit that keeps getting lost. Judge a step at a month, not at a weekend.
comment on [Discussion] we are measuring USDC at the wrong time and calling it noise in c/cryptopay · 3 points · 6 months ago
Pasted rather than typed the address, then checked the first and last six characters. Habit now.
comment on tried week one for 18 weeks. here is what happened. in c/newbiequestions · 1 points · 6 months ago
I would not panic about that. It is on the list of ordinary first-month experiences.
comment on [Meta] the progress rule is doing its job and people should stop complaining in c/progresspics · 18 points · 7 months ago
Nothing on this board is medical advice, and rate, target and method are questions for somebody who knows your history.
comment on [PSA] DEXA is not what most of this community thinks it is in c/glp1muscle · 1 points · 7 months ago
lean mass loss during weight loss is expected, the question is how much
comment on unpopular opinion: most of what gets said here about EMS is guesswork in c/intlshipping · 270 points · 7 months ago
Was it shipped from a regional warehouse or from origin?
comment on does non-scale victory actually matter or is it forum lore at this point in c/progresspics · 3 points · 7 months ago
Cosigning on timeframe. "18kg" means something completely different over 12 months than over one.
comment on [Question] how do you actually verify crypto in c/cryptopay · 15 points · 9 months ago
confirmations are the only status that means anything
zeynep_villalobos is right about confirmations. "Sent" is not a status.
comment on Germany: private plan, and what it actually costs here in c/glp1canada · 13 points · 10 months ago
Kept every form and reference number. When they had no record of a submission, I did.
comment on my ALT moved and I cannot work out whether beginner is why in c/newbiequestions · 84 points · 10 months ago
Did you write the concentration on the vial?
comment on [Question] beginner — what am I missing here in c/newbiequestions · 50 points · 11 months ago
no question is too basic here, that is the entire point of the board
comment on [Question] beginner — what am I missing here in c/newbiequestions · 20 points · 11 months ago
A certificate of analysis is a document describing one batch: what was tested, by what method, and what the result was. Its value depends entirely on whether it names the batch and the method.
comment on unpopular opinion: most of what gets said here about Medutest is guesswork in c/vendorvetting · 10 points · 11 months ago
reship policy in writing before the order, not after
comment on [Question] Canada — has anyone got a straight answer on escrow in c/cryptopay · 1 points · 11 months ago
network and address, checked twice, before anything else
comment on someone explain chargeback to me like I have not read a paper in years in c/cryptopay · 36 points · 12 months ago
Push back: an unconfirmed transaction is not a missing payment. Wait for confirmations before escalating.
comment on is it normal to get muscle cramps at week 63 in c/progresspics · 248 points · 1 year ago
My goal weight at week one was a number I made up. I have revised it twice since and I am happier for it.
comment on the DHL thing finally clicked for me and I want to write it down in c/intlshipping · -19 points · 1 year ago
What lead time were you quoted at checkout?
comment on [Results] 39 weeks, 17kg, and progress was the hard part in c/progresspics · 62 points · 1 year ago
13kg over 11 months and honestly the most useful marker was that stairs stopped being a decision.
comment on the DHL thing finally clicked for me and I want to write it down in c/intlshipping · 22 points · 1 year ago
A quoted lead time is a commitment you can evaluate. Measuring quoted against actual across several orders tells you more about an operation than the raw speed does.
comment on [Meta] proposal — a flair for special authorization posts in c/glp1canada · 108 points · 1 year ago
Special authorization is a documented exception process with published criteria. Applications that answer those criteria explicitly, point by point, fare better than general clinical narratives.
comment on the testing question that gets asked weekly, answered properly in c/vendorvetting · 28 points · 1 year ago
Where a supplier holds regional stock, ask which lines are actually held there rather than drop-shipped. It changes the lead time and it changes the customs question.
comment on [Question] timeframe — what am I missing here in c/progresspics · 11 points · 1 year ago
a plateau is not a failure and it is not a personality
comment on three years of weekly dosing threads, summarised so you do not have to read them in c/semaglutide · 401 points · 1 year ago
Not convinced. You changed the dose and the week at the same time, so you cannot attribute the change to either.
comment on the progress thing finally clicked for me and I want to write it down in c/progresspics · 83 points · 1 year ago
Correction: 15kg over 17 months is a different claim from 15kg in a month, and the post reads as the second.
comment on the progress thing finally clicked for me and I want to write it down in c/progresspics · 1 points · 1 year ago
How are you keeping track — spreadsheet, notebook, nothing?
comment on the progress thing finally clicked for me and I want to write it down in c/progresspics · 0 points · 1 year ago
Small correction, kindly meant: that is a range rather than a regain. Weight moves day to day in everybody.
Thinking out loud about this: the progress thing finally clicked for me and I want to write it down. On the goal weight you set in week one. You chose it with the least…
comment on [Question] France — has anyone got a straight answer on network in c/cryptopay · 22 points · 1 year ago
Careful, that address format belongs to a different chain and sending to it would not end well.
comment on how much of what we believe about gas fees actually comes from USDC threads in c/cryptopay · 45 points · 1 year ago
The transaction hash is the canonical receipt: it is public, verifiable by either party, and it is what a support query should quote.
comment on [Discussion] we are measuring VendorInvestigate at the wrong time and calling it noise in c/vendorvetting · 7 points · 1 year ago
That is a report count, not a test count. The table lists both and they are very different numbers.
comment on [Results] 21 weeks, 9kg, and plateau was the hard part in c/semaglutide · 0 points · 1 year ago
sulphur burps made the first fortnight rough at each step up, then flattened out.
This is the part I would underline for anyone skimming. Everything else in the thread is downstream of it.
comment on [Meta] the 2.4mg rule is doing its job and people should stop complaining in c/semaglutide · 40 points · 1 year ago
Not convinced. You changed the dose and the week at the same time, so you cannot attribute the change to either.
comment on [Discussion] special authorization is doing more work than we give it credit for in c/glp1canada · 17 points · 1 year ago
Have you seen the special authorization criteria for your province?
