Overview — page 2 of 3

comment on does goal weight actually matter or is it forum lore at this point in c/maintenancephase · 21 points · 10 months ago

Maintenance is the phase with the least published guidance and the most individual variation, which is precisely why board consensus here is worth less than usual.

Disagree. Inter-lab spread of a point or two on this assay is ordinary and calling it a discrepancy misleads people.

Cloned storefronts copy assets, layout and testimonial text. What they cannot easily copy is a batch-specific document that ties to a lot you can then have tested independently.

comment on small win: goal weight stopped being a problem at week 85 in c/maintenancephase · 250 points · 1 year ago

On stopping, since it is the question underneath most posts here.

This reframing is the most useful thing on the board for anyone approaching this phase.

You cannot infer potency from a temperature record. The record tells you what happened to the box; only a test tells you what happened to the material.

group buys concentrate risk in one person and nobody plans for that

comment on does fake COA actually matter or is it forum lore at this point in c/scamalerts · 67 points · 1 year ago

Right, and the group-buy structure is the underrated risk here. One person holds everything and there is no recourse designed in.

comment on [Question] how do you actually verify packaging in c/coldchain · 5 points · 1 year ago

Careful. "The cold chain failed" is a strong claim and the evidence you have is a warm box.

Weigh monthly now. Best change I made in the whole run and it cost nothing.

I would not freeze it in solution. That is a different failure mode and a worse one.

That is the ambient temperature at the destination, not the temperature inside the box. The logger measures the second one.

seven days to ten to twelve is the sequence people here describe

Disagreeing with this bit: a two-kilo range is not drift and treating it as a problem creates one.

Gel packs are designed for a duty cycle.

osman_brandt is right that the pack failing is not the material failing. Two separate claims.
