That reads as a warning about a documented supplier and the events you describe are about a shop nobody has any record of.

Regional stock replaces an international lane with a domestic one. That is a structural change to the distribution, not a marginal improvement, and it is why the warehouse question matters more than the carrier question.

Went slowly because everything published describes a deliberate escalation.

Disagreeing with this bit: that number comes from a different programme with a different population.

This matches mine. Milder injection-site soreness than I expected, and what there was settled inside a fortnight of each step.

Disagree. That is a customs hold, not a carrier delay, and lumping them together makes the lane table wrong.

Spent an evening on the histology scoring system and understood the trial literature far better afterwards.

Agreed — somebody is at exactly the point you were at, reading this, and it will land differently for them than any success story.

Do sulphur burps follow the day after the shot, or is it spread across the week?

two identical orders a week apart is the cheapest experiment available

The rigid outer with no rattle in it was the thing that told me most about that supplier, before I had tested anything.

Went 10 to 12.5 on the calendar and had the worst fortnight of the whole run.

hassan_nilsen is right that the two molecules are not interchangeable. There is no published conversion and the ones circulating are invented.

That is an escalation schedule for an unapproved compound and this board does not host those.

the last mile is where most of the variance lives

How many shipments does your figure cover?

Origin, destination, carrier and month?

Median transit is the useful statistic.

Adding the field everyone forgets — the month. Without it the report is not comparable to anything.

Total transit decomposes into first mile, international leg, clearance and last mile. Only the first two are meaningfully under the shipper’s control and most reported variance sits in the last two.

The escalation schedules in the published protocols are slow and deliberate, and the tolerability tables show why.

Adding the standing caveat — unapproved compound, research material is not for human use.

4 days on a lane quoted at 6 is the shape you want

That is the quoted lead time, not the observed transit. Both belong in the report and they are different columns.

Median transit is the useful statistic. The minimum is a story about one shipment and the mean is dragged around by a single hold.

A lane is an origin, a destination, a carrier and a season. Change any one and the distribution changes, which is why supplier-level shipping averages are close to meaningless.

The thing nobody warned me about was how much of this is logistics — storing it, remembering it, the same day every week.

7kg over 17 weeks, never went past 10mg, and injection-site soreness stayed mild the whole way. Posting because the loud threads are all 15mg.

Vials and pens carry the same molecule; what differs is fill volume, device tolerance and whether you are doing your own arithmetic. Neither is inherently more accurate.
