comment on three years of week one threads, summarised so you do not have to read them in c/newbiequestions · 17 points · 1 year ago

Wrote the concentration on the vial after reading it here. Have never once had to reconstruct it from memory since.

plan the maintenance phase before you need it

fibre and water before you buy anything to fix it

comment on [Discussion] nausea is doing more work than we give it credit for in c/sideeffects · 6 points · 1 year ago

The fatigue turned out to be that I was eating about a third of what I thought I was. Tracked it for a week and the mystery evaporated.

Severe, or unpleasant? They are genuinely different questions and the answers diverge.

Concentration is mass over volume, and a U-100 syringe reads 100 units per millilitre. Those two facts are the whole of the arithmetic this board keeps explaining.

Ordered from the warehouse in Denmark and the whole import question disappeared. 5 days, domestic, no notice, nothing to manage.

comment on am I the only one who found maintenance harder than the injections in c/maintenancephase · 92 points · 1 year ago

None of this is a taper plan. What dose holds for you is a question for somebody with your history in front of them.

Most of the common complaints trace back to slowed gastric emptying — early fullness, reflux, nausea after a large or fatty meal. That is also why meal size and speed change the experience more than anything else.

Agreed. The failures are the part that is missing from every other board, which is why this one matters.

somebody will read this at the point you were at, and it will help

Careful — a dose reduction plan is a conversation with someone who knows your history, not a board consensus.

titration means going slow on the way up

comment on [Vendor] SSA order #3 — Sweden, 13 days, no drama, receipts inside in c/customs · 2 points · 2 years ago

Small fix — those rules apply to commercial import. Personal import is governed separately and more narrowly.

comment on why does nobody talk about biopsy in c/survodutide · 15 points · 2 years ago

this board is small because the compound is early

permalink

comment on unpopular opinion: most of what gets said here about TGA is guesswork in c/glp1aus · 13 points · 2 years ago

personal importation rules exist and are narrow

comment on normal: what the trials say vs what this community says in c/newbiequestions · 400 points · 2 years ago

Asked what a COA was in my first week.

Slight disagreement with this bit only, because a beginner reading it might take it as a plan rather than a description.

comment on the basics question that gets asked weekly, answered properly in c/newbiequestions · 68 points · 2 years ago

Correction: the starting dose is a tolerance step rather than a treatment dose. The distinction is the answer to the question above.

comment on small win: fatigue stopped being a problem at week 82 in c/sideeffects · 89 points · 2 years ago

That reads like advice, and none of us can give it. Describe what you did, not what somebody else should do.

Has anything else changed in the same window?

comment on 17 months in and fatigue is still the thing I get wrong in c/sideeffects · 37 points · 2 years ago

nausea for the first eight days after each step, then nothing, every single time. Predictable enough that I started planning my week around it.
