I would separate documentation from logistics. A supplier can be excellent at one and ordinary at the other, and averaging them hides it.

What did they say when you asked for the method line?

I would not read that in vitro number across to a person. The conditions are nothing like physiological.

Asked CPC what volume they reconstitute to for their own stability testing and they answered in one line. Useful thing to know.

I keep a laminated card in the drawer with the arithmetic on it. Looks ridiculous. Has never once let me draw the wrong volume.

Wrote the date on the vial as well as the concentration after losing track of which one was opened first.

Severe, or unpleasant? They are genuinely different questions and the answers diverge.
