[Management] injection site rotation map, zero lumps in 14 months

Management Cold Box ×8 Slow Clap ×3

injection site rotation map, zero lumps in 14 months. Change my mind, genuinely — I have no stake in being right about this.

Hard numbers: 14 months. Anything softer than that is flagged as an impression.

Kept a one-line-a-day log for two months. The pattern was obvious on paper and invisible in my head.

The pattern almost everyone here describes, written out once so it can be linked.

A step up is followed by a rough window — commonly food noise arriving the day after the shot and easing by day four, worst in the first fortnight, then flattening out. At a stable dose it usually settles further. Constipation and fatigue tend to track intake and fluid rather than the compound directly, which is why the unglamorous answers work.

What sits outside that pattern: severe pain, symptoms that appear from nowhere weeks into a stable dose, or anything getting worse rather than better over a month. None of that is a board question and none of us can answer it for you.

Not medical advice, obviously, and nothing here is approved for human use. One person with a spreadsheet.

Severe or persistent abdominal pain sits outside the pattern this board can usefully discuss. The honest answer there is that it needs someone who can examine you.

That symptom is not the one being described upthread. Two different things with similar names and the answers are not interchangeable.

Mine settled at week 35 and has not come back since, across two more steps.

How long has it been going on for now?

nobody warns you about how much of this is timing rather than dose

Agreed on writing it down. I could not see the pattern until I had six weeks of it on one page.

Severe, or unpleasant? They are genuinely different questions and the answers diverge.

About c/sideeffects

Side-effect experience and management, with a strong bias toward the ones that are common and boring (nausea, constipation, reflux, fatigue, sulphur burps) and a hard line on the ones that are not (severe abdominal pain, persistent vomiting, jaundice, vision changes). This community is not a substitute for urgent care and the mods will say so bluntly.

c/sideeffects rules
  1. Severe or escalating abdominal pain is an urgent-care question, not a forum question. We will lock those threads with a pointer to help.
  2. Describe your dose, your week number and your titration speed — otherwise nobody can help.
  3. No diagnosing strangers. Share what happened to you.
  4. Independent community. Nobody here sells anything, and anyone who tries is banned.
  5. Not medical advice. Describe what you did; never prescribe to a stranger.
  6. Claims need evidence. Batch numbers, dated screenshots, independent test reports, or a citation.
  7. No referral links, discount codes or affiliate URLs. Permanent ban, no appeal.
  8. No contact handles, wallet addresses or tracking numbers — they identify people.
  9. Be recognisably decent. Disagree hard, insult nobody.

Before you read on

Several compounds discussed on GLP Research Hub are sold for research use only and are not approved for human use anywhere. Nothing here is medical advice and none of it is written by your clinician. If a post reads like an instruction, treat it as a description of what one stranger did.
