why does nobody talk about weekly dosing

Titration Long Haul ×2 Slow Clap ×3 Cold Box ×1

Slightly embarrassed to be asking this, but: why does nobody talk about weekly dosing.

Sat at 0.25mg for four months because it was doing the job. Everyone told me to go up. The one time I did, the only thing that changed was the sulphur burps.

Kept a log from week one and the single most useful column turned out to be waist, not weight.

Dropped my injection day by two days once because of travel. Nothing happened. The panic was worse than the effect.

If somebody has the same thing measured a different way, post it next to mine and we will see whether they agree.

The escalation schedule in the trials existed to keep people on the drug. It is a tolerability ramp, and it is why the label reads the way it does.

I would push back gently. Going up because the scale paused is the single most common mistake described on this board.

Yes. Week 12 is when almost everybody writes the "is it still working" post, and almost everybody is fine.

Are you measuring anything other than weight? Waist is usually the one that keeps moving.

Yes.

Disagree with this specific line. A pause at 2.4mg is not evidence that 2.4mg has stopped working.

Right, and the timescale is the bit that keeps getting lost. Judge a step at a month, not at a weekend.

I would push back gently.

Adding one thing to this: the appetite effect and the scale run on separate clocks, so both halves can be true at once.
