[Discussion] can we stop arguing about long term until somebody posts a number
can we stop arguing about long term until somebody posts a number. I am not trying to be the "source?" guy. I would just like a source. Body weight varies by a couple of kilos over days in stable people through fluid, glycogen and gut content. A range is not a trend. Appetite returning before the scale moves follows…
Been at maintenance for 2 months on 1.0mg. Nothing happens. That is the whole report and it took me a while to accept it as success.
Dose reduction and interval extension are different interventions. Halving the dose keeps the rhythm and lowers the level; stretching keeps the level and lowers the frequency, with a lower trough.
What is the plan if the drift continues for another month?
That is a range, not a trend. Two weigh-ins 5 days apart cannot distinguish them.

Agreed that a few kilos of drift is ordinary. Weight is not a fixed number even for people who have never taken anything.
What does your weigh-in frequency look like at this point?
Disagree with chasing the last stretch by going up. You are trading a real side-effect cost for a number you chose arbitrarily.
