Not quite. Two labs with different gradients can resolve a close-eluting impurity differently and both be reporting honestly.

Not convinced. That is a formulary exclusion rather than a prior authorisation denial, and the route to challenge it is different.

Domain age, registrar and certificate issuance date are all public and take about a minute to check. A site claiming years of history on a months-old domain is the cheapest signal available.

I would not read a rounded figure as evasive. Plenty of documents round to one decimal as house style.
