Correct flair. Packaging failure and product failure are different events and this community should keep counting them separately — a vendor whose packaging fails and whose product survives is telling you they have got lucky with a robust molecule, not that they have solved the problem.

This is the reference post for the community and I am stickying it. One thing to underline because it gets missed: the pack exhausting by hour 30 is by design on a six-day lane. A gel pack is not meant to last the whole trip; it is meant to buy you the first day while the parcel is still warm from the origin.

The label sets a minimum interval of four weeks between increases. That is a floor on how fast you may go, and it exists because tolerability, not efficacy, is what limits most people. There is nothing in the pharmacology that says you must increase at four weeks, or at eight, or ever.

What decides it in practice is whether the effect you want is still there. If appetite is quiet and the trend is going the right way, the dose is doing its job. If both have genuinely gone flat for six weeks or more, that is a conversation worth having with someone who knows your history.

Adding the practical version: ask for lead time, minimum quantity and the batch record in the same message. Three answers, one email.

Reducing the dose lowers average exposure while keeping the weekly rhythm. Stretching the interval keeps the dose but lowers the trough between injections, which — with a week-long half-life — is why people notice appetite returning towards the end of a stretched cycle before they see anything on the scale.

The reported pattern here is stretching in small steps, a week to ten days to twelve, with appetite as the signal rather than the scale. Some people find dose reduction more comfortable. Neither is a schedule anybody here can hand you, and the fact that this phase has the least published guidance is exactly why board consensus deserves less weight than usual.

The rest — nearly two hundred names — get a row, a band and a report count. Not because they are bad, but because two results is an anecdote about a vial. Manufacturing a score out of that would make the whole directory worthless, and the contrast is the point.
