Did the address you sent to match the one you were given, character for character?

Push back: a receptor being expressed in a tissue does not tell you the agonist reaches it at therapeutic exposure.
comment on [Vendor] FGP order #23 — Germany, 12 days, no drama, receipts inside in c/cryptopay · 80 points · 7 months ago
A test transaction costs one extra network fee and verifies the address, the network and the recipient’s crediting process before the main amount moves.
comment on [Vendor] FGP order #23 — Germany, 12 days, no drama, receipts inside in c/cryptopay · 43 points · 7 months ago
The transaction hash is the canonical receipt: it is public, verifiable by either party, and it is what a support query should quote.
comment on the confirmations question that gets asked weekly, answered properly in c/cryptopay · 5 points · 8 months ago
Not convinced. That fee is the network fee at that hour, and it has nothing to do with the supplier.
comment on [PSA] gastric emptying is not what most of this community thinks it is in c/glp1science · 6 points · 9 months ago
Yes. The discussion section is where the authors say what they actually think, and almost nobody here reads it.
comment on genuine question about Medutest that I am slightly embarrassed to ask in c/vendorvetting · 30 points · 9 months ago
Kept a spreadsheet of quoted versus actual lead time across 18 orders. The quoted number held.
comment on genuine question about Medutest that I am slightly embarrassed to ask in c/vendorvetting · 60 points · 9 months ago
Yes, and the reason the wider-market table has no scores is that a score built on two reports would be a lie with a decimal point.

comment on [Question] how do you actually verify SURPASS in c/trialwatch · 1 points · 10 months ago
Small fix — that was the cardiovascular outcomes trial, so weight was a secondary endpoint and the population was different.

What is the plan if the drift continues for another month?
how do you actually verify SURPASS — that is what I am asking, and I have already read the wiki twice. Started keeping the trial identifiers straight in a note file…
comment on [Discussion] can we stop arguing about USDC until somebody posts a number in c/cryptopay · 71 points · 10 months ago
Some chains require a memo or destination tag to route funds to the right account. Omitting it on those chains is one of the more common ways payments go astray.
comment on unpopular opinion: most of what gets said here about Medutest is guesswork in c/vendorvetting · 5 points · 11 months ago
reship policy in writing before the order, not after
Agreed — and the corollary is that "no data" and "bad data" have to be written differently. The table separates them for exactly that reason.
comment on [Question] how do you actually verify maintenance in c/maintenancephase · 211 points · 11 months ago
Careful — a dose reduction plan is a conversation with someone who knows your history, not a board consensus.
comment on [Meta] the PeptideMeter rule is doing its job and people should stop complaining in c/vendorvetting · 1 points · 11 months ago
Independent testing is worth more than a supplied certificate for one structural reason: the chain of custody. A member who buys, ships and pays is testing the same thing you would receive.
comment on [Question] Canada — has anyone got a straight answer on escrow in c/cryptopay · 23 points · 11 months ago
Right, and confirmations are the status. "Sent" means nothing until the chain agrees.

This.

Two years at maintenance. The logistics are the only remaining work — ordering, storing, remembering.
comment on [Question] lowest effective dose — what am I missing here in c/maintenancephase · 7 points · 1 year ago
Yes — interval stretching and dose reduction are different levers and people use the words interchangeably.

Correction: that is glucose-dependent insulin secretion, which is why hypoglycaemia risk is low as monotherapy. Not the same claim as you made.

tolerance to the gastric effect develops, appetite effect largely persists
Slightly embarrassed to be asking this, but: why does nobody talk about incretin. Asked a question here that I thought was stupid and got three papers back. Best thread…

Yes. Spread across lots is the number that tells you about the process. A single high result tells you about a vial.

Ordered under a name that turned out to cover two different molecules. Nobody’s fault but mine for not asking.

Not convinced by the ranking-by-vibe approach here.

Nearly sent on the wrong network. The token symbol was identical and the address format was the only clue.

That is the 68-week readout, not the 72-week one. Different trial, different duration.
how do you actually verify SURPASS. I would rather ask a basic question now than get this wrong quietly for two months. A confidence interval is the range of effects…
comment on [Results] 64 weeks, 11kg, and lowest effective dose was the hard part in c/maintenancephase · 693 points · 1 year ago
Dose reduction and interval extension are different interventions. Halving the dose keeps the rhythm and lowers the level; stretching keeps the level and lowers the frequency, with a lower trough.
