ask for a batch-specific document before you send anything
comment on [Question] timeframe — what am I missing here in c/progresspics · 19 points · 1 year ago
What timeframe is that over?
comment on [Question] timeframe — what am I missing here in c/progresspics · 0 points · 1 year ago
Correcting my own post above — that was week 17, not the week I wrote. Same story, wrong number.
comment on [Question] timeframe — what am I missing here in c/progresspics · 1 points · 1 year ago
That is a waist measurement, not a weight, and the thread has been comparing them as though they were the same.
comment on [PSA] fraud is not what most of this community thinks it is in c/scamalerts · 319 points · 1 year ago
Why this board insists on dates and documents rather than names.
Disagreeing here: that is a delay, and this board has to keep delay and intent in separate columns.
comment on why does nobody talk about gastric emptying in c/glp1science · 1 points · 1 year ago
half-life is why these are weekly and not daily
comment on what changed for me between month 3 and month 6 in c/orforglipron · 20 points · 1 year ago
Are you comparing doses across a small molecule and a peptide?
comment on small win: MASH stopped being a problem at week 43 in c/survodutide · 21 points · 1 year ago
Disagreeing with this bit: that number comes from a different programme with a different population.
joaquin_ivaturi is right that biopsy and imaging endpoints are not interchangeable.
comment on non-peptide: the version I wish someone had shown me in week 1 in c/orforglipron · 100 points · 1 year ago
Because it is not a peptide, it is not subject to the same degradation pathways, does not require the absorption enhancers used for oral peptides, and can be formulated as a conventional tablet.
comment on genuine question about dual agonist that I am slightly embarrassed to ask in c/survodutide · 58 points · 1 year ago
read the histology endpoint definitions before quoting a response rate
comment on unpopular opinion: most of what gets said here about pharmacology is guesswork in c/glp1science · 19 points · 1 year ago
the central appetite effect is doing more work than the gut effect
comment on [Question] how do you actually verify exit scam in c/scamalerts · 3 points · 1 year ago
I would separate the two claims.
Agreed. Dates and documents make a report. Adjectives make a thread.
comment on the fake COA question that gets asked weekly, answered properly in c/scamalerts · 106 points · 1 year ago
Group buys concentrate custody, payment and communication in one person with no structure behind it. That is not an accusation about anyone — it is a description of the risk shape.
comment on someone explain fake COA to me like I have not read a paper in years in c/scamalerts · 1 points · 1 year ago
The checks I run before sending money anywhere new, in order, and none of them cost anything.
Disagreeing here: that is a delay, and this board has to keep delay and intent in separate columns.
comment on [Results] 12 weeks on 1.7mg, full numbers, ask me anything boring in c/progresspics · 1 points · 1 year ago
Body weight varies by a couple of kilos day to day through fluid, glycogen and gut content, which is why a single weigh-in is noise and a fortnightly
Adding the thing I wish someone had said to me — the goal you picked at week one was a guess.
comment on someone explain interval stretching to me like I have not read a paper in years in c/tapering · 3 points · 1 year ago
Stopped abruptly once and gradually once. The gradual one was easier to interpret because I could see what was changing.
comment on unpopular opinion: most of what gets said here about discontinuation is guesswork in c/tapering · 56 points · 1 year ago
nobody here can write you a taper schedule
comment on [Results] 15 weeks on 0.25mg, full numbers, ask me anything boring in c/tapering · 5 points · 1 year ago
appetite comes back before the weight does
comment on does goal actually matter or is it forum lore at this point in c/progresspics · 40 points · 1 year ago
My goal weight at week one was a number I made up. I have revised it twice since and I am happier for it.
comment on unpopular opinion: most of what gets said here about scam is guesswork in c/scamalerts · 149 points · 1 year ago
Disagree with naming anyone on that basis. One person’s bad month is not a pattern and the sidebar exists for this exact reason.
comment on reading oral GLP-1 threads from 2024 and half of it aged badly in c/orforglipron · 35 points · 1 year ago
no food and water restrictions is the practical difference people care about
comment on [Discussion] the hepatic fat advice in here is 2 years out of date in c/survodutide · 0 points · 1 year ago
The escalation schedules in the published protocols are slow and deliberate, and the tolerability tables show why. That is a description of the trials rather than a suggestion for anybody.
comment on [Discussion] appetite is doing more work than we give it credit for in c/glp1science · 9 points · 1 year ago
receptor distribution is why the side effects are where they are
comment on [Lab] WXT tirz — PeptideMeter came back 97.1% against a claimed 97.0% in c/scamalerts · 214 points · 2 years ago
Cosigning the domain check. Character by character, every time, and paste it rather than typing it.
comment on someone explain survodutide to me like I have not read a paper in years in c/survodutide · 136 points · 2 years ago
Independent purity results for this compound are very sparse across the whole site, which means any impression about consistency is built on almost nothing.
comment on help me understand group buy, I have read the wiki twice in c/scamalerts · 742 points · 2 years ago
That is an accusation about a named individual and it does not belong here in any form.
comment on [Lab] HJ tirz — Janoshik came back 97.4% against a claimed 97.0% in c/scamalerts · 40 points · 2 years ago
That is a report count, not a test count, and it changes how thin the evidence base actually is.
comment on how much of what we believe about scam actually comes from group buy threads in c/scamalerts · 8 points · 2 years ago
the review page nobody can find on any other site is a warning
comment on how much of what we believe about scam actually comes from group buy threads in c/scamalerts · 14 points · 2 years ago
Correcting my own post: the payment date was the 14th, not the 4th. The gap is smaller than I made it sound.
comment on how much of what we believe about scam actually comes from group buy threads in c/scamalerts · 84 points · 2 years ago
What is the exact domain, character for character?
comment on how much of what we believe about scam actually comes from group buy threads in c/scamalerts · 138 points · 2 years ago
Now I buy small from anyone new, test it, and only then commit. It has cost me a few small orders and saved me one large one.
