The title is the whole question — am I the only one who found fatigue harder than the injections — but here is why I am asking.
Reflux was the one that got me. Stopped eating in the three hours before bed and it went from nightly to almost never.
The fatigue turned out to be that I was eating about a third of what I thought I was. Tracked it for a week and the mystery evaporated.
Mine settled at week 47 and has not come back since, across two more steps.
Please do not ask me what dose you should be on. I genuinely do not know and neither does anyone else here.

Same pattern here. It settled at a stable dose without me doing anything clever.
Bought four different things to fix my constipation. What actually worked was eating half as fast.
