[Question] how do you actually verify UK

Question Receipts ×3 Long Haul ×1 Well Actually ×1

how do you actually verify UK. I am not trying to be the "source?" guy. I would just like a source.

GP said no in the spring, specialist said yes eighteen months later. Same person, same numbers.

Discharged at goal back to the GP, who would not continue it. Nobody had mentioned that this was how it ends.

The online consultation asked me three questions, none of them about my history. I did not go ahead.

Sceptical readings welcome. The confident ones are the ones I distrust.

Supply notices from the regulator describe expected availability at a national level. They do not predict what any individual pharmacy has on the shelf next week.

Agreed. The ICB variation is the thing that makes national advice useless here.

no referral links, ever, and that rule is why the pricing threads work

Same. My ICB threshold was different from the neighbouring one and nobody could tell me why.

The scheme cap in Ireland was the single most useful thing I learned in a year of reading this board.

That is Scotland’s arrangement and the post is asking about England.

the MHRA supply notices are published, read them before the panic threads

Left up. It names a nation and an ICB, which is all we ask of a pathway post.

Two years and four months on a tier 3 list. Referral date and every letter kept, which turned out to matter when the service reorganised.

keep every letter, the dates matter later

Did the consultation ask about history and medication?

Read the MHRA notice rather than the news coverage and the actual scope was much narrower than the panic threads suggested.

How long have you been on the list, and from what date?

discharge at goal back to the GP is where a lot of people fall over

Four pharmacies, four prices, same product, same month. The spread was larger than I expected and none of them were the headline offer.

That is the first-month offer price, not the ongoing monthly cost. The tracker records the second one.

c/glp1uk rules
  1. No naming online pharmacies that prescribe without a consultation.
  2. Price posts need the date — UK private pricing moves monthly.
  3. NHS pathway questions: say which nation. England, Scotland, Wales and NI differ.
  4. Independent community. Nobody here sells anything, and anyone who tries is banned.
  5. Not medical advice. Describe what you did; never prescribe to a stranger.
  6. Claims need evidence. Batch numbers, dated screenshots, independent test reports, or a citation.
  7. No referral links, discount codes or affiliate URLs. Permanent ban, no appeal.
  8. No contact handles, wallet addresses or tracking numbers — they identify people.
  9. Be recognisably decent. Disagree hard, insult nobody.
