Wrote down what maintenance would look like at about week 55, before I needed it.

neha_falk is right that stretching and reducing are different levers. Worth separating in every one of these threads.

The habits from the losing phase are what carry it now. That is not inspirational, it is just what happened.

the goal weight you picked at week 1 was a guess

This reframing is the most useful thing on the board for anyone approaching this phase.

reimbursement is national, not European, and that is the whole board

comment on goal — my 3-week log, condensed into one table in c/progresspics · 1 points · 1 year ago

Stalled for 9 weeks and measured my waist out of stubbornness. It had moved. The scale had not.

comment on [Discussion] we are measuring goal weight at the wrong time and calling it noise in c/maintenancephase · 96 points · 1 year ago

Right — appetite returns before the scale moves, which is the early signal people miss.

This. Waist measurement kept moving through my longest stall and it was the only thing that kept me sane.

Disagree with chasing the last stretch by going up. You are trading a real side-effect cost for a number you chose arbitrarily.

The first thing I noticed was a jacket doing up. The scale had been flat for three weeks at that point.

Left up. It is a milestone post with a timeframe attached, which is all we ask.

Maintenance is the phase with the least published guidance and the most individual variation, which is precisely why board consensus here is worth les

This. The published reimbursement criteria are the document to read, and most member states do publish them.

comment on am I the only one who found maintenance harder than the injections in c/maintenancephase · 18 points · 1 year ago

Left up. It is a maintenance report with a duration attached and those are rarer than they should be.

Not convinced. Interval stretching changes your exposure profile, not just the total, and the two are not equivalent.

That shortage notice was national and does not apply where the question is coming from.

Not convinced — cross-border prescription recognition is narrower than you are describing and the exceptions matter.

Removed the taper schedule aimed at another member. Describe your own; do not write theirs.
