NZ. Unfunded means full price. Full price here is genuinely absurd.

Is there any independent purity data on this compound that you have seen?

Correction: that is the registration decision, not the subsidy listing. They are made by different bodies.

Which receptor family are you attributing that effect to?

Right — FGP publishes the method line on the certificate, and once you have seen one that does you notice every one that does not.

Did the pharmacy check with the wholesaler, or is that a shelf observation?

PBS listing and TGA registration are two different questions

This is the distinction that makes the rest of the board legible.

Which lane, and what was the quoted lead time at checkout?

the appetite effect is blunter than sema, in a good way, most weeks

Combination and monotherapy arms must be read separately. Efficacy and tolerability both differ substantially between them and summaries routinely blur the two.

Where a supplier holds regional stock, ask which lines are actually held there rather than drop-shipped. It changes the lead time and it changes the customs question.

comment on how much of what we believe about testing actually comes from Janoshik threads in c/vendorvetting · 1 points · 2 years ago

Mild pushback: a supplier with fewer entries is not worse, it is less sampled. Those are different claims and the table says so.

switching from sema is not a dose conversion, there is no clean equivalence

comment on someone explain reship to me like I have not read a paper in years in c/vendorvetting · 21 points · 2 years ago

Not convinced by the ranking-by-vibe approach here.

Adding the practical version: ask for lead time, minimum quantity and the batch record in the same message. Three answers, one email.

comment on [Discussion] we are measuring GIP at the wrong time and calling it noise in c/tirzepatide · 644 points · 2 years ago

The 21% figure is a 72-week mean on the highest arm. Quoting it as what someone should expect by week 62 is not a fair reading.

Asked WXT for the batch record on a Tuesday and had the full document, batch and method line, before the end of the day. That is the bar now.
