I would separate the two claims. That the GIP arm exists is uncontroversial; that it explains your nausea pattern is a guess.

Correction: that is a formulary exclusion, not a prior authorisation denial. Different form, different route, different deadline.

The four-week interval in the label is a minimum. Nothing about the pharmacology requires you to step on schedule, and the trials stepped on a calendar because trials have to.

Mine settled at week 37 and has not come back since, across two more steps.

Weekly dosing again, half-life in the same neighbourhood as sema, so a step change takes about a month to reach steady state. Judging a new step at day five is judging noise.

Agreed. Slowing down at meals did more for my early fullness than everything I bought to fix it, which was embarrassing to discover.

Agree. The GIP component is the interesting half and it barely gets discussed outside c/glp1science.

Every claim I could trace in this board went back to about four papers. That was a sobering afternoon.

Kept a log with every date, name of department and reference number. When they claimed no record of a call, I had the reference.

I would be careful here. "Everyone gets this" is not true, and it makes the people who get something unusual assume they are fine when they should be asking.

This. Step therapy is a paperwork requirement and it is beaten with documentation, not persuasion.

Held the dose for an extra six weeks instead of stepping. The sulphur burps settled and I lost the same amount anyway.
