Pen or vial? The step sizes available differ and it changes this answer.

What did system suitability look like on that sequence?

Someone posted US advice in an Australian thread and it took four replies to untangle it. Say your country.

That is not what patient-specific means. It refers to the prescription, not to a customisation of the formula.

What is the appeal deadline on the letter?

Agreed.

This is the whole method. Answer the criterion they named, not the decision in general.

Spent six weeks arguing in general terms and got nowhere. Two paragraphs quoting their own criteria turned it around in eleven days.

comment on [Question] Canada — has anyone got a straight answer on EMA in c/glp1eu · 6 points · 1 year ago

Pack sizes and presentations differ between member states, so a headline price is not comparable until it is normalised to a common quantity.

permalink

comment on [Question] is 99.2% actually fine or am I being sold a rounding error in c/hplc · 5 points · 1 year ago

Push back: a longer run is not automatically better resolution. You are trading peak width for time and the ratio is what matters.

Agreed on potency testing of the finished preparation. That is a different question from the purity of the starting material.

Came off sema and onto tirz with a two-week gap. The first month was flat and I assumed I had made a mistake. Month two it moved.

comment on [Lab] WXT cagri — PeptideMeter came back 97.8% against a claimed 97.0% in c/hplc · 273 points · 1 year ago

Sent the same vial to PeptideMeter and VendorInvestigate. 99.1% against a claimed 98.5%. The difference was the gradient, not the material.

Cosigning on paperwork. The boring documents are the ones that matter when a process starts.

This. New Zealand has its own regulator and its own funding decisions and the answers genuinely differ.

the four-week step schedule is the label, not folklore

34kg over 83 weeks, never went past 10mg, and injection-site soreness stayed mild the whole way. Posting because the loud threads are all 15mg.

ask for the denial reason in writing, always

I would not blame the sample yet. Everything you have described is consistent with the column rather than the vial.

comment on [Discussion] reship is doing more work than we give it credit for in c/intlshipping · 5 points · 1 year ago

Ordered from the warehouse in Denmark instead of origin and the whole customs question disappeared. 10 days, door to door.

permalink

comment on [Discussion] reship is doing more work than we give it credit for in c/intlshipping · 6 points · 1 year ago

Small fix — shipped from the regional warehouse, not from origin, which is why the number looks unusual.

What does the notice actually say, in its own words?

permalink

comment on [Question] chromatogram — what am I missing here in c/hplc · 138 points · 1 year ago

Mass spectrometry answers identity. UV purity answers relative quantity under the run conditions. A document with one and not the other is answering half the question, and the half it answers should be stated.

Right, and keeping every date and reference number turns a frustrating process into an auditable one.

Disagree — that is the position in one country and this thread is about another. They are genuinely different.

That figure cannot be quoted to two decimals off that baseline. The precision is not in the data.

2.5mg is a four-week starting dose, not a maintenance dose. Worth being precise since people search these threads.

Potency and sterility testing on the finished preparation are separate from any certificate covering the starting material. Ask which you are being shown.

Sulphur burps for the first eight days after each step, then nothing. Predictable enough that I planned my week around it.

Internal appeals are decided by the plan.

Disagreeing with this line: the deadline runs from the letter date and treating it otherwise is expensive.
