comment on week 18 check-in — 5kg down, nausea manageable, one thing confusing me in c/progresspics · 4 points · 11 months ago
Body weight varies by a couple of kilos day to day through fluid, glycogen and gut content, which is why a single weigh-in is noise and a fortnightly trend is signal.
comment on the co-agonism thing finally clicked for me and I want to write it down in c/cagrilintide · 38 points · 11 months ago
the interesting data is the combination, not the monotherapy
comment on someone explain telehealth to me like I have not read a paper in years in c/compounding · 5 points · 1 year ago
Careful. Naming a clinic without describing what actually happened turns this into a different kind of thread.
comment on [Question] Spain — has anyone got a straight answer on 503B in c/compounding · 17 points · 1 year ago
salt forms are the recurring argument and the answer is boring
comment on how much of what we believe about API source actually comes from telehealth threads in c/compounding · 1 points · 1 year ago
a telehealth intake that asks nothing has told you what it is
comment on is it normal to get food noise at week 47 in c/cagrilintide · 3 points · 1 year ago
Small fix — amylin analogue, not a GLP-1 analogue. The whole mechanism argument changes on that word.
comment on reading New Zealand threads from 2024 and half of it aged badly in c/glp1aus · 1 points · 1 year ago
I would not treat one pharmacy’s quote as the national price. Variation between them is substantial.
comment on is it normal to get food noise at week 47 in c/cagrilintide · 12 points · 1 year ago
Which trial and which readout?
comment on [Vendor] FGP order #12 — Germany, 4 days, no drama, receipts inside in c/cryptopay · 122 points · 1 year ago
Asked which networks Homopeptide accepted before ordering and picked the cheapest one at that hour. Saved more than the difference in price.
comment on unpopular opinion: most of what gets said here about confirmations are guesswork in c/cryptopay · 17 points · 1 year ago
Disagree — a quote expiry is normal when a rate is being held. Pressure to decide immediately is a different thing.
comment on [Meta] proposal — a flair for 503A posts in c/compounding · 16 points · 1 year ago
shortage status changes and the whole arrangement changes with it
comment on [Discussion] 503B is doing more work than we give it credit for in c/compounding · 121 points · 1 year ago
if a clinic will not name the facility, that is your answer
comment on [Meta] the Australia rule is doing its job and people should stop complaining in c/glp1aus · 1 points · 1 year ago
Assumed the New Zealand position applied here. It does not, and someone corrected me politely with the actual source.
comment on [Discussion] the chargeback advice in here is 3 years out of date in c/cryptopay · 20 points · 1 year ago
Did the address you sent to match the one you were given, character for character?
comment on does goal actually matter or is it forum lore at this point in c/progresspics · 27 points · 1 year ago
celebrate the boring milestones, they are the durable ones
comment on three years of compounding threads, summarised so you do not have to read them in c/glp1aus · 126 points · 1 year ago
Australia and New Zealand are separate systems and get conflated weekly
comment on [Question] how do you actually verify USDC in c/cryptopay · 26 points · 1 year ago
quote expiry is a real thing, not a pressure tactic
comment on reading cagrilintide threads from 2024 and half of it aged badly in c/cagrilintide · 4 points · 1 year ago
This. Complementary mechanisms rather than more of the same is the actual argument for the pairing.
comment on [Meta] the 503B rule is doing its job and people should stop complaining in c/compounding · 11 points · 1 year ago
Concentration on the compounded vial was different from what I had been using and I nearly did the arithmetic on autopilot.
Disagreeing with this bit: registration is not equivalence, and the two get run together constantly.
comment on why does nobody talk about shortage in c/glp1aus · 10 points · 2 years ago
say which state only if it matters, but always say which country
lane_watcher is right that the two countries are separate systems and the answers diverge.
comment on why does nobody talk about state board in c/compounding · 107 points · 2 years ago
That figure is the starting material purity, not the finished preparation potency. Two different tests.
comment on am I the only one who found amylin harder than the injections in c/cagrilintide · 6 points · 2 years ago
Carried an assumption over from the tirzepatide board and was corrected within an hour. Deserved.
comment on am I the only one who found amylin harder than the injections in c/cagrilintide · 27 points · 2 years ago
read the combination arms separately from the monotherapy arms

How many separate lots has anyone here tested?
comment on how much of what we believe about Australia actually comes from New Zealand threads in c/glp1aus · 0 points · 2 years ago
The national shortage database is a primary source with expected resolution dates attached. It is public, searchable, and consistently more accurate than reporting about it.
comment on [Discussion] network is doing more work than we give it credit for in c/cryptopay · 1 points · 2 years ago
fees vary by chain and by hour, not by supplier
comment on [Discussion] can we stop arguing about network until somebody posts a number in c/cryptopay · 35 points · 2 years ago
This. A test transaction on a large order costs a fraction of the fee and removes the whole class of risk.
comment on why does nobody talk about shortage list in c/compounding · 97 points · 2 years ago
the price difference is mostly the intake, not the vial
