Trial populations for the major programmes were not designed around the questions this board asks most often, which is why the evidence base here is genuinely thinner…

Agreed — logging the cycle alongside everything else is what made my own pattern visible. It was invisible before that.

Yes — hair shedding tracks the rate of loss and it is temporary. That reassurance is worth repeating.
