Sterile water is not bacteriostatic water. They are not interchangeable.

Small fix — refrigerated, not frozen, once it is in solution.

That shortage notice was national and does not apply where the question is coming from.

research material is not approved for human use, which is why the clinical record here is thin

Cosigning on cross-border prescriptions. The rules exist and they are narrower than the summaries suggest.

Put a logger in three consecutive orders. Two never went above the range at all and the third spent four hours warm on a Friday. Cost me almost nothing to stop wondering.

The endpoint vocabulary, because you cannot read this literature without it.

Resolution of steatohepatitis without worsening of fibrosis and improvement in fibrosis without worsening of steatohepatitis are the two standard composite endpoints, both scored on biopsy by pathologists against a defined system. Liver fat fraction is an imaging surrogate that correlates imperfectly with histology.

A trial can move the surrogate substantially and the histological endpoint modestly. Both results are real; they answer different questions. Anybody quoting a response rate here should say which endpoint it refers to, and most summaries do not.

I would not treat one pharmacy’s quote as a national price. The variation within a country is often larger than between them.

Compared milligram figures across two completely different molecule classes in a comment.

Disagreeing with this bit: daily dosing is a different adherence problem, not a better one.

Why the first fortnight tells you nothing.

With a week-long half-life, exposure declines over several weeks after a final dose rather than ending with it. So the first two weeks after stopping are still a tail of the previous state, and the stability people report in that window is not evidence about the months after it.

The reports here are fairly consistent: appetite noticeably different somewhere in the second month, weight following later, and the trajectory strongly influenced by whether the habits from the losing phase survived. That is not a prediction for anybody in particular, and it is not a schedule — it is the shape of what members describe, which is the most this board can honestly offer.

Gel pack fully liquid on arrival, powder tested 97.4% against a claimed 97.0% afterwards. The pack had done its job for as long as it was designed to.

A transit temperature logger records a distribution, and time above a threshold matters as much as peak temperature. That is the argument for logging rather than guessing.

Assumed the peptide purity conversations transferred and they do not.

This is the fact the whole board hangs on. Small molecule, not peptide.

There is very little published guidance on stopping specifically, which is exactly why board consensus here should carry less weight than usual and a clinician conversation should carry more.

Small fix — those two prices are for different pack sizes, which accounts for most of the gap.

A transit temperature logger records a distribution, and time above a threshold matters as much as peak temperature.

Agreed, and a logger costs less than the vial you are worrying about.

A stability statement is only meaningful with its conditions attached: temperature, duration, light exposure, and whether it covers powder or solution. Ask which.
