Three: write the concentration and the date on the vial the moment you reconstitute anything. Four: the loud posts are not the middle of the distribution. Five: nobody here — including whoever answers most confidently — is your clinician.

The phase 2 readout ran to 48 weeks in a few hundred participants with a slow escalation. Both the size and the duration matter when people quote the headline number.
