comment on the co-agonism thing finally clicked for me and I want to write it down in c/cagrilintide · 8 points · 11 months ago
Correction: that is the combination programme, not the monotherapy readout. Different arms, different numbers.
comment on the lean mass thing finally clicked for me and I want to write it down in c/glp1muscle · 37 points · 1 year ago
training volume matters more than training novelty
comment on [Discussion] we are measuring Medutest at the wrong time and calling it noise in c/vendorvetting · 36 points · 1 year ago
Correction: that supplier is in the documented twenty with a source page, not in the wider-market table. Different evidence bases entirely.
comment on [Results] 2 weeks on 7.5mg, full numbers, ask me anything boring in c/cagrilintide · 12 points · 1 year ago
long-acting amylin is the whole point of the molecule
comment on is it normal to get food noise at week 47 in c/cagrilintide · 32 points · 1 year ago
this is a less-travelled board and the evidence base shows it
comment on is it normal to get food noise at week 47 in c/cagrilintide · 95 points · 1 year ago
What does the tolerability table in that paper actually say?

What was the rate of weight change over that window?
comment on [Discussion] special authorization is doing more work than we give it credit for in c/glp1canada · 17 points · 1 year ago
Which province?
comment on CagriSema: the version I wish someone had shown me in week 1 in c/cagrilintide · 57 points · 1 year ago
Disagree — you are quoting a combination arm as though it were monotherapy. Those are different results.
comment on does protein actually matter or is it forum lore at this point in c/glp1muscle · 1 points · 1 year ago
Two scans on the same machine 5 months apart. Lean mass held better than I expected and the lifts told the same story for free.
comment on reading resistance training threads from 2024 and half of it aged badly in c/glp1muscle · -18 points · 1 year ago
resistance training first, cardio if there is time left
comment on the Netherlands: private plan, and what it actually costs here in c/glp1canada · 47 points · 1 year ago
the exception drug status route exists in several provinces
comment on the satiety question that gets asked weekly, answered properly in c/cagrilintide · 20 points · 1 year ago
Asked a question here that turned out to be based on a mechanism confusion. Three people untangled it patiently.
comment on resistance training is the most under-discussed thing on this board in c/glp1muscle · 93 points · 1 year ago
resistance training first, cardio if there is time left
comment on order records — 5 things I got wrong before I got it right in c/vendorvetting · 166 points · 1 year ago
I would separate documentation from logistics. A supplier can be excellent at one and ordinary at the other, and averaging them hides it.
comment on private plan — 18 things I got wrong before I got it right in c/glp1canada · 9 points · 2 years ago
Correcting myself: it was a quantity limit rather than a denial, which changes the whole process.
comment on private plan — 18 things I got wrong before I got it right in c/glp1canada · 16 points · 2 years ago
Correction: that is regulatory approval, not coverage. They are separate decisions by separate bodies.

ask the pharmacy what the cash price is, it varies
comment on [Results] 27 weeks on 7.5mg, full numbers, ask me anything boring in c/glp1muscle · 82 points · 2 years ago

comment on [Question] testing — what am I missing here in c/vendorvetting · 1 points · 2 years ago
The wider-market rows in the directory carry a band and a report count and nothing else, deliberately. Anything more would be manufacturing precision that the evidence does not support.
comment on [Question] testing — what am I missing here in c/vendorvetting · 244 points · 2 years ago
buy small first, test it, then decide
comment on week 68 check-in — 34kg down, nausea manageable, one thing confusing me in c/cagrilintide · 1 points · 2 years ago
satiety signalling rather than incretin signalling

How many separate lots has anyone here tested?
comment on [Discussion] we are measuring testing at the wrong time and calling it noise in c/vendorvetting · 99 points · 2 years ago
Did the lot code on the vial match the paperwork?
