comment on [Meta] the shipping rule is doing its job and people should stop complaining in c/intlshipping · 942 points · 1 year ago

I would not read a single slow shipment as a lane change. Post it and let the median move if it is real.

ask which facility, then ask for their testing

Disagreeing with this bit: registration is not equivalence, and the two get run together constantly.

Never name an individual.

Agreed. Dates and documents make a report. Adjectives make a thread.

the Medsafe position in New Zealand is its own thing entirely

pharmacy stock and national supply are different questions

That figure is a private price at one pharmacy, not a national one.

a 503B has to register and report, so there is a paper trail to ask for

comment on [PSA] Janoshik results are area% by default and people keep forgetting in c/vendorvetting · 508 points · 1 year ago

Independent testing is worth more than a supplied certificate for one structural reason: the chain of custody. A member who buys, ships and pays is testing the same thing you would receive.

comment on [PSA] lane is not what most of this community thinks it is in c/intlshipping · 478 points · 1 year ago

Regional stock replaces an international lane with a domestic one. That is a structural change to the distribution, not a marginal improvement, and it is why the warehouse question matters more than the carrier question.

The site had a decade of testimonials and a domain registered in March. That was the entire investigation.

Nearly paid a cloned storefront. Caught it because one character in the domain was wrong and I paste rather than type.

Why this board insists on dates and documents rather than names.

blunt_coldbox_notes has the group-buy risk right — it is structural, not a judgement about anybody in particular.

Reported something here with dates and screenshots and was asked for the document trail. Fair challenge, and it made the report worth reading.

The wider-market rows in the directory carry a band and a report count and nothing else, deliberately. Anything more would be manufacturing precision that the evidence does not support.

a quoted lead time you can hold them to is worth more than a fast one you cannot

Salt form matters for mass: a preparation specified as one salt and dosed as the free base gives you a different amount of peptide for the same number on the label.

This. A quoted lead time that holds is worth more than a fast one that does not.

emil_barros is right that the two countries are separate systems and the answers diverge.

Do they publish a reship policy, and did you read it before ordering?

Rang three pharmacies for a private price and got three different numbers, all in the same city.

Switched between two compounded preparations and the concentration on the label was different. Redid the arithmetic on paper before drawing anything.

Nothing in this thread is medical advice, and the choice between arrangements is one for you and a prescriber who knows your history.

503A or 503B — do you know which?

tove_ogunleye is right about the concentration trap. It breaks arithmetic that has been reliable for months.

Posted my first lane report here without the month and got asked for it.

Adding the field everyone forgets — the month. Without it the report is not comparable to anything.

Same lane, four orders, 6 to 9 days, all four within a couple of days of the quote. That consistency is the actual finding.
