week 18 check-in — 8kg down, sulphur burps manageable, one thing confusing me

Results Clean Column ×4

week 18 check-in — 8kg down, sulphur burps manageable, one thing confusing me. Numbers below. Ask me the boring questions, they are the useful ones.

Numbers, in the order they matter: week 18 and 8kg.

Fertility changed faster than I expected with the weight loss. Nobody had raised it and I wish somebody had.

The same dose genuinely feels different at different points in the month for me. Took a year to notice and it was in the log the whole time.

Not medical advice, obviously, and nothing here is approved for human use. One person with a spreadsheet.

Hormonal variation across the cycle affects appetite, fluid retention and subjective symptom intensity independently of anything else, which is why an unannotated log can look mysterious.

Retitled to distinguish a cycle-linked pattern from a dose-linked one.

Started logging the cycle in the same sheet as the dose. Three months later the pattern was obvious and it had been invisible before.

Same. Perimenopause overlapping with all of this is the least documented area on the whole site.

Asked a pharmacist about the absorption question rather than the internet. Ten minutes, clear answer, done.

About c/glp1women

The questions the trials under-powered: PCOS and insulin resistance, cycle changes, fertility signal and contraception interactions, perimenopause and menopause weight physiology, and the fact that the pregnancy answer is always "not while trying, talk to your clinician".
