week 23 check-in — 6kg down, early fullness manageable, one thing confusing me

Question

Reporting in. week 23 check-in — 6kg down, early fullness manageable, one thing confusing me.

week 23 and 6kg — those are the numbers, and they are the ones I am willing to defend.

Went up too fast because the scale had stalled and I was impatient. Got fatigue I did not need and a data point I could not interpret.

Nothing here is medical advice, and the honest version of most of these posts is that they describe consequences rather than causes.

If somebody has the same thing measured a different way, post it next to mine and we will see whether they agree.

best — the order this archive was captured in

Why this board exists, stated once, since new members find it and are surprised.

Every other community surface on this site is a record of things that worked, because people post when they have something to show. That produces an archive with a systematic bias, and somebody at week three reads it and concludes that their difficult month is unusual.

This board is the counterweight. The rule is that nobody gets judged, that corrections stay up, and that the failures are written down with the same care as the successes. It is the least-visited part of the site and the part I would keep if I could only keep one.

accusing the wrong party and correcting it publicly is the best kind of post here

Agreed. The failures are the part that is missing from every other board, which is why this one matters.

coming back to say you were wrong takes more than being right did

About c/darkspot

Where the failure reports live. Orders that never arrived, tests that came back at 61%, side effects that ended someone's run, money lost to group buys, and decisions people would not make again. Heavily moderated for cruelty, not for pessimism.

  1. No piling on. Someone posting a mistake is doing the community a favour.
  2. Still evidence-based: what went wrong, when, and what you can show.
  3. No "told you so" comments. They are removed without discussion.
  4. Independent community. Nobody here sells anything, and anyone who tries is banned.
  5. Not medical advice. Describe what you did; never prescribe to a stranger.
  6. Claims need evidence. Batch numbers, dated screenshots, independent test reports, or a citation.
  7. No referral links, discount codes or affiliate URLs. Permanent ban, no appeal.
  8. No contact handles, wallet addresses or tracking numbers — they identify people.
  9. Be recognisably decent. Disagree hard, insult nobody.
