Week 18: 5kg down, nausea basically gone since about week 9, and the honest headline is that nothing dramatic happened. It was boring and it worked.

Not convinced by that integration. Dropping the baseline there absorbs part of the shoulder into the main peak.

Strongly agree on protein. It did more for my constipation than any of the things I bought to fix my constipation.
