Three tests on one lot tells you about your measurement. Three tests on three lots, spread over a year, tells you about a process. The second is the one worth paying for and it costs the same.

Cardiovascular outcome trials are powered for events, not for weight, and are typically run in a different population with different inclusion criteria. Reading a weight number out of one is reading a secondary endpoint.

Different populations: an obesity programme and a diabetes programme enrol different people with different baseline characteristics. Different endpoints: body weight change, glycaemic control and cardiovascular events are not convertible. Different durations: 68 weeks and 72 weeks are not the same, and the curves have not flattened by either.

Different analysis populations: one paper reports intention-to-treat, another emphasises completers. Different support: some trial designs include structured lifestyle contact that no member of this board receives.

Stack those and the "X beats Y" tables that circulate here are comparing five things at once and attributing the difference to the molecule.

Chain of custody is why member-funded testing is worth more than a supplied certificate: the vial tested is the vial that arrived at a member’s door.

The same token symbol exists on multiple chains. The wallet interface shows you the symbol prominently and the network in small type. Sending on the wrong chain to an address that looks perfectly valid usually means the funds are unrecoverable by either party.

The protection is procedural rather than technical: confirm the network in writing with the recipient before sending, verify the address format matches that network, and send a small test first. None of that requires understanding the chain — it requires treating the network field as the most important thing on the screen, which the interface design does not encourage.
