Most of the common complaints trace back to slowed gastric emptying — early fullness, reflux, nausea after a large or fatty meal. That is also why meal size and speed change the experience more than anything else.

A symptom that begins the day after the shot and fades by day four tracks the exposure curve. One that appears at random in week 33 probably does not, and that is worth saying to a clinician rather than to us.
